Still no refund after 7 weeks

I ordered a coat on Nov 13 2016, received wrong size and returned it 3 days later to a store. I am glad I have a receipt as I handed it over to my credit card company, with a record of all phone calls I made including names of people I spoke to. On Nov. 29th 2016 I received a email informing me that my order has shipped, remember this is the order I have already returned ! When I checked my credit card statement I was charged for the coat on Nov 29th (same day I got the bogus order confirmation) yet I returned it Nov 16th !
The information I received from customer service on all the phone calls I made ranged from ; we have no record of your return ; we will refund within 4 weeks ; we will refund within 6 weeks ; someone will follow up with you ; a refund was made ; you will see a refund within 48 hrs. It is now January 4th 2017 and I still do not have been refunded.

Shipping and delivery returns

Returns are not being credited to my charge card even though it's been three weeks. I cancelled an order that was supposed to be next day delivery. Four days later I cancelled. Two days after that they shipped the parcel even though it was cancelled. Cannot get any satisfaction from customer service. If no credits appear within the next week I will be contacting no credit card and issuing charge disputes. Customer since 1986 and will no longer deal with Sears Canada inc.

Service for brand new Kenmore electric range

Beware of Sears poor service. I purchased a brand new white Kenmore And was delivered 3 weeks ago. Since the first time I used the oven a 3 inch section at the top of the oven door, which is made of plastic, started to discolour and has become very noticeable in just a few days of use. I am certain the oven door seal is defective, causing heat to discolour the plastic. Sears service department told me this is not covered under warranty, even though the range is only 3 weeks old. Now I have a $1400 range that looks ugly. This is the last time I buy anything from Sears.

The worst company

Order a mattress on December 5, 10 days later I call back because I didn't see a shipping email confirmation from them, they said they will be sending it out soon, few days later I call again and they said it has been shipped out but they will send me a tracking # 24 hours later, and few days later still didn't hear anything from them so I called, and they said unfortunately it is still not out of the warehouse yet, and she told me I CAN CANCEL IT. Completely a waste of my time and horrible service.

Appliance/customer service nightmare

I ordered a stove online nov.28th. Delivery was set for dec.15th at our Ancaster store. Didn't show up, I spent over an hour waiting for customer service only to learn they changed the delivery date to dec.21st because it wasn't in stock. No one phoned us to let us know. Asked to speak to supervisor, no one available said they would contact me in 24-48 hours. Never did. Called a few days ago to ensure it was still coming the 21st...waited 65 mins on hold to be told it was still coming the 21st. Waited all day today and it never showed. Called customer service, on hold for over an hour tonite only to be told the delivery was cancelled and even though my credit card was charged they said it could be weeks or longer. So now it's been a month with no stove and I'm no further ahead! Customer for over 35 years! No more business from me! Very insulted no one bothered to call and update us...unbelievable.

Kenmore Fridge

I got the fridge at Sears Limeridge Mall in Hamilton, ON. when I got it, the fridge was scratched and dented, the delivery guys refuse to place the doors in place. They offer to refund $127.00 that happened in July 2016, we are now in December 2016 and I just hear bull from them. The last ones from a "manager" named Dan who's phone number is 613-771-7601. I have spoken with at least 15 supervisors, managers y employees. Worst place to buy.

Horrible Service

Never write reviews but I have to do it now. Avoid at all cost.
Placed order over the phone for dishwasher ( only smooth part of the process including wait time less than 5 min) . Advised money will be taken from my credit card once when order ships and an email with tracking # will be send, and second email will be send from Limerdige store once order is ready for pick up.
Money was promptly withdrawn from my credit card 4 days later.
Email with tracking # newer received.
Called customer service first time 5 days after money withdrawal ( wait time approx 30. min. ) was told ' your order is shipped to the store and they will let you know when ready" .
No one called from the store.
Called second and time 3 days later and told your order will arrive in 2 days.
called store receiving told , there was nothing for me.
4 days later called again told " we do not have tracking number for your order but it is shipped and it is probably siting somewhere in the store. Called Limeridge store , they searched whole receiving area , including a truck which just arrived ( Thank you ) and they never received anything for me.
Called back again and told by arrogant lady." we do not know where it is, and I just cancelled your order ( without asking me) and you will receive your money back in 7 - 10 business days.
Offered to reorder same dishwasher for me , but because it is not on sale any more I have to pay new price and she will send a request for refund after they charge my credit card again. I will no
t step my foot in Sears ever again. 3 weeks of on nonsense and hours of wait time on the phone .worst customer service I ever experienced.
As I said avoid at all cost, lots of other choices out there.

Worst Shopping Experience Ever

I never write reviews, but after this nightmare experience, I want to warn others about Sears' horrible service. We ordered a couch on Dec 2nd after our wouldn't fit up the stairs to our new apartment. Because we're currently without a couch or any other form of living room seating, we wanted to get one that could be delivered ASAP. We found a nice little love seat on the Sears Canada website for a great sale price, and since they offered "next day delivery," we figured it was a perfect choice for us and ordered it.
This is where the problems began. First, my boyfriend accidentally entered the wrong address. He realized this within about five seconds of placing the order, and immediately called Sears to rectify this mistake, whether that meant changing the address or cancelling the order and placing a new one. At first the customer service rep told us that this was entirely possible and even filled out a new order form for us over the phone, but then he said that it in fact could not be cancelled or changed, because the order had already been processed by the warehouse and so it was too late. After an hour and a half on the phone with this guy, during which he supposedly talked to his superiors about the problem, he continually insisted that nothing could be done, even though this meant that the couch was now going to be shipped to my boyfriend's work. After we hung up, we decided to try to find out how we could contact the warehouse. Once connected with a service agent, my boyfriend explained the situation and asked to be given the contact information of the warehouse, and the agent told us that the problem could be easily rectified and that she'd email the warehouse to change the address. So basically, the other guy just wasted our time and clearly did not try very hard to do anything to help us.
So then Dec 5th rolled around (the next business day after our order date, when the couch should have been delivered), and the online order form said that it was still not yet shipped. We checked all week and nothing changed. I called them that Thursday, Dec 8th, and asked what was going on. Basically I was told that they didn't know, and that they would "follow up" with the warehouse and then contact me within 72 hrs - they didn't. So more waiting. By this point I was pretty livid, and sick of living without a couch, not to mention worried about the prospects of having one by Christmas. On Dec 16th I called again, explained the situation, and was prepared to threaten to contact Visa about a charge back on the order, but the service agent "guaranteed" that the couch would arrive before Christmas, so I decided once again to wait.
I just now (Dec 20th) got off the phone with yet another agent. I was on the phone for 1.5 hrs, and after looking into our order, she told me that the reason the couch hasn't shipped is because they don't have it. It's not in the warehouse and never has been. Obviously I cancelled the order and now have to scramble to try and find a couch elsewhere by Xmas. I'm livid. I don't understand why they couldn't have told us this two weeks ago when we purchased the couch so that we could have gone somewhere else.
I would urge anyone considering shopping at Sears to think again and go elsewhere instead. This is the absolute worst shopping experience I have ever had and I think that their service is absolutely unacceptable.

Returns gone missing

After being a loyal customer for many years, will never order anything from Sears again. I placed 3 orders in mid November. I received all the orders and made some returns. It has now been over a month and I have not received any reimbursement on my charge card. After numerous phone calls/e-mails, no one can give me any answers as to where my items are. Sears is using UPS for their shipping so I would think that there would be some way to track orders, but I have had no satisfaction.

Never ever ever buy from Sears... Ever

Worst experience I have ever had shopping online or in store. Do not buy from Sears... Period. I would rather pay extra never to deal with this company ever again. Note to Sears if they read this. Read consumer reviews and fix them now or your doomed.

For context my wife and I bought a vacuums (Dyson) from their online store. Weeks later we received no confirmation of an order so we called in to find out order was cancelled because the online price was a mistake on their end. After arguing with them they allowed us to order on the phone and get the original price but only allowed in store pickup. We then waited several weeks and finally received confirmation it was shipped to the store and a week later would be available for pickup. Two weeks go by and no call from the store, so we called 10 times and the line never went through. Online support couldn't tell if they received it or not so we drove to the store in Kitchener which was in very bad shape. Went to the pickup counter that had no staff at it and picked up the phone. A young man came out and tried to help and simply said we were there too early and it wasn't there yet. We got annoyed since it was a week after the notice we received indicated we could pick it up. We asked to speak to a manager to which he told us he was the manager... And didn't want to help us any further. . We called the online store and asked for help to which they couldn't locate our order and got the store manager to call us to confirm they didn't have it.

So here we are over a month later cancelling our order as we got swindled. Maybe not the end of the universe but it's just a joke and if this review can spare you the painful experience me and my wife endured then mission accomplished
