Me and my wife noticed some water damage and needed to get new windows before the problem became too serious. The folks at Supreme Windows came by right away, had a quote quickly, and were very flexible with our payment schedule and installation dates.

We'll be in need of windows again in the near future (older home), and will be sure to use Supreme Windows.

I am extremely pleased with Supreme Windows. From start to finish they took the order, built the window, removed the broken and installed a brand new beautiful window with excellent customer service and workmanship within 6 hours. We were in need of a window replacement immediately due to vandalism and Les and the Supreme Windows team came through with flying colours. The installers Zak and Matt were very professional, informative and did great workmanship with nothing left behind but a sparkling new window. We plan to have all our windows replaced with this wonderful company. Thank you Supreme Windows. You are the best!

I am very pleased with my triple-glazed windows. My bedroom backs onto Bowness Road and you told me the sound would be lessened. You were right–I don’t hear anything!

A screen was torn when being installed, but quickly replaced. I had some concern with a kitchen window with a mark which I thought might be a crack. When I called the Service Department, without hesitation they offered to replace the window. When installed, I mentioned about scratches on some of the framework. Greg told me they could polish & buff them. Today they were back to do that. The Service Department has been exemplary.

Hi Karl, the guys did a great job!! They showed up at 8:30 and were gone by 2:00!! I really thought they would be here all day. They were friendly and helpful. They helped me move a couple of things I forgot about. Everything looks beautiful. I really love the front door with the fancy half moon insert at the top. I had forgotten that I ordered that, so it was a nice surprise. They cleaned up really well. I'm impressed that the patio door has keys!! I've invited my friends and family to come see it all and say, "oooh and ahhhh." Thank you Karl.

Hello Karl:
Just a quick note to let you know that our two windows (kitchen and bedroom) are in!

The installation went smoothly and the two guys did good work and were efficient and cleaned up well. Marion is already noticing the increased warmth in the bedroom. The painting is done and I am looking forward to never having to do that again!

Overall we are very happy with the windows and the install. The time of year, and the wait was a bit inconvenient, but I suppose that is to be expected given how busy you are. We will know better what to expect for the next windows!!

We were really please with the entire project, from your prompt quote to the installation that went perfectly. Thanks so much to Ryan and his helper. They were meticulous and responded to my questions. In fact, when asking about the temperature of other windows in my home, Ryan took out his temperature gun (not sure of the name). They were excellent installers!
We would likely like to go ahead with the front windows you quoted.

We are very satisfied with Supreme products and service. You are very knowledgeable about the products and gave us the right advice of what to order. We love our patio door and new windows. They guys from service were very professional doing the installation, they did a great job. I liked that they cleaned up before they left. So no complains at all. I would like to mention that one day after the installation I realized the glass of one of the windows had a flaw. I phoned the office and they transferred my call to the service manager an he was very kind and sent a service guy to take a look at it. After he confirmed the flaw, He ordered a new one and in 3 weeks I had the glass replaced. Very satisfied and happy to have chosen Supreme Windows. Thank you very much.

We are very happy with our Triple glaze windows from Supreme Windows which were installed in May 2014. Karl was very professional and addressed all our concerns and questions promptly by email.
