Centra Windows (Calgary)

I had 11 windows in my place replaced. Karl, the sales rep, is super knowledgeable and has been in the industry for an extremely long time. He even helped answer questions for condo board with respect to how procedure on the install will be. The warranty is fantastic. Again, Karl is fantastic. The install took two days and was done very professionally. Ken the manager even stopped by to make sure things were going smoothly. There was a problem with a lock on the patio door, but that was fixed quickly. Karl even had a solution for me for the window A/C unit I used to have with the old windows.

Have used Supreme Windows for years - basically they have replaced all the windows in my home over a period of 12 years. Latest were two large windows that are in a sunroom off the back of our kitchen. Karl Bergan, our design consultant, made sure they were what we wanted, made some good suggestions, and then the installation team got them in as promised, and did a great job on the installation itself and the clean up. Would definitely recommend Supreme Windows - no hesitation.

Great quality windows. They made a few mistakes along the way but hey we are only human... All deficiencies were fixed in a timely manner with no issues. Will be using Supreme when I redo the basement windows.

The work was done the day sceduled, clean & as per estimate. Good job Supreme! I will replace windows in my other house with Supreme

are with you and job they accomplish.

Had all of the windows in my house replaced and the entire team at Supreme was great... from my initial consult with Les to my installation team. Top notch all the way... and happy to know that the windows are made in Calgary for our climate.

It was a big decision! We replaced all of our windows. Karl came out and measured and quoted. Karl was knowledgeable, articulate, compassionate, extremely accurate! All of our blinds fit back in perfectly! It was a true pleasure dealing with him as he listened and kindly alleviated all of our concerns. The installers on this job went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. What a difference with new windows, the outside noises stay outside, certainly quieter in our home with the installation of the new windows. Thanks Karl and team for a job well done. We don't hesitate to tell our friends and neighbors about Supreme Windows.

I originally reviewed supreme windows and was not satisfied. But then they sent out a technician and rectified the problems. They were very apologetic. Overall I am very happy with the quality of the window and doors. If we need more windows or doors I would call them again.
