I had worked with Supreme Windows extensively in the past. The company seems to have changed ownership but the installers are the same and the new sales folk although a little green are good and effective.

Approximate cost of services:: $1,028.00
What could this company do to improve their services?: Invest in either training the existing sales people or hire ones who are more knowledgeable and have a passion for the business.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Prices are all over the map. There's a lot of low end bad quality stuff and high end overpriced stuff. Whatever you do make sure the install crew is competent.

Have made windows in the master bedroom replaced about 10 years ago and the rest of the house windows last year.

The installer were friendly and professional.

Installation was done in two days and the guys removed all the refuse and left the place clean.
