This company is AMAZING!!!!' They have the best trucks I have ever seen. Their new duct cleaning Mercedes truck is beautiful has awesome graphics and they are super professional. My basement had all sorts of stains as it was rented out to a student. I was worried if I had to change the carpet as I couldn't clean it myself. Their technician put in proper effort and removed all the stains!!! The carpet literally looks as good as new. Fantastic service!!!

Horrible service. I had used the service to clean 2 small BR carpet cleaning. They completed the shampooing in 15 mins and mentioned that stains cant be removed. they did not put in any effort to clean the stains. never will use their service again

I found this amazing company about 3 years ago, and have not used anyone since! Sohail and Rafi are extremely professional and provide a friendly outstanding customer service experience. I have two lap dogs so I need to have my couches cleaned every 6 months, and I'm always happy with the results. My couches smell great and are always looking new. I used their duct cleaning service for the first time today, and was again satisfied with the results. Sohail came in with 2 employees, explained the whole process to me step by step, and had the work done in no time. I recommend this company to everyone. Their prices, results, and professionalism are outstanding. BUT....the fact that I'm a neat freak and they come in with covers over their shoes and leave no mess behind is the BEST!!!! Definitely 5 star service!!!!!!

AMAZING RESULT INDEED!!! CALL them for sure again. This company was referred to me from my friend who had used there service few years back. I called them and they cleaned using amazing new machine and made all the stains but color ones dissapear. I also sent out my area rugs and they returned them wrapped professionally and smelled really nice. They do what they promise and nothing more. I appreciate their honesty. For what i paid i got excellent service

AWFUL! I was quoted $80 to clean cat urine from my area rug. When I got my rug back, there was still a strong cat urine smell. I asked the man to get rid of it, but they told me that I would have to pay an additional fee for cat urine. They said that cat urine is never included in the $80 cost and that I should have asked for that. I HAD told them when I got the quote! They agreed to put a spray on it which they assured me would get rid of the cat smell, and that once it dried in about an hours time I would see the results. They took the $80 and left, but when I smelled it later on, the cat urine smell is still there. I called back and spoke to the manager, requesting that they do the job I paid them for, and he told me I had two options: get a spray from him and disinfect it myself for free, or pay another $150 for them to do a special urine treatment. He refused to refund my money or reclean the carpet to get the smell out unless I paid the $150.
This company is useless and does NOT stand behind their service. They tell you that you didn't say what you said. Oh, and be careful of their offer to pay cash! STAY AWAY!
