If we were ever to need any windows installed there is no one else to call other than Superior Home Improvements in Scarborough. They were prompt to show up, proffesional in their manners, explicit in their description of work to be completed, finished their work on time, cleaned up to the point that we could not notice that anything had been disturbed and also very polite and a joy to have in our home. My upstairs windows were all replaced from brick to brick and the downstairs were retrofit....they did an excellent job ..cleaned up after themselves and I have been very pleased. The job was done in 2007 and everything has been good.

The windows themselves are gorgeous. Top of the notch quality. I will definitely refer you to our friends and use you again for the rest of the windows in our house.

I would like to take this opportunity Karl to tell you how pleased I am with my new windows,
They are all you said they would be.
The Installer Dan was truly a hard working ,caring ,and Polite young man, He was calm,& unhurried, always smiling. Dan also kindly fixed my front door for me ,which I appreciated very much. He did a great job on all he did, and all was done like he loved doing it, he sure knows his job. He should be highly appreciated by Superior Home Improvements, were it my company I certainly would want him working for me, HE IS AN ASSET for the company. Thank you once again Karl.

After much research and deliberation, I hired Superior Home Improvements to replace all the windows and two sliding glass doors in my home. They completed about 2/3 of the job last summer and I have contracted with them to replace the last three windows this month.

I was extremely pleased with their service, from the first sales call with Barry right through to the installation. It's a huge expenditure and my house is very old so I'm used to "surprises" whenever I have work done. This time there were no "surprises", They gave me sound advice, were patient and thorough in answering my questions and always followed through.

I'm thrilled with my new windows and I can't wait to get the final ones installed so I can enjoy them this summer. Jeff, Art and Barry gave me confidence that I was making the right decision and didn't disappoint. Their installers were considerate, professional and flexible. All in all, a very good experience and I would recommend them to friends and family. I just wish they did more than windows and doors.

We had Superior Home Improvements replace our living room window. The installation was done on time, the new window looks great and the service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

My in-laws had their front door replaced by Superior Home Improvements a few years back. The quality of the door system AND the workmanship/installation made the decision to go with them for our door, an easy one. Working with Karl during the design/quoting process made us very comfortable with the decision. He was very patient with us being indecisive and was always available for questions or concerns. Once the door was ready, Dan and his team were equally professional during the installation. They were very careful to protect our home from dust/debris (and the cold (-20) and the door went in beautifully. These guys were not the cheapest, but present an undeniable value for the no-stress, hassle-free, done-on time/on budget, clear communication, excellent end-result. Our only problem with the new door is that now we want the windows done.
