Wife and I ordered a full Kitchen Aid package over the phone from Canadian Appliance Source. They were offering a 20% instant rebate on these products and the price was substantially cheaper than our local dealers. This company had remarkable customer service and I was informed of my orders status throughout the wait. I was thrilled when my products arrived here in Manitoba and promised Mike that I would write a positive review on my exceptionally positive experience. Our close friend is completing his home renovation and we have already recommended "Canadian" which he has just placed an order.

Bought 2 refrigerators at Canadian Appliance Source's showroom location last week. The store was so busy with so many customers but they were all very helpful. They helped me narrow down my options and I left with the model numbers to price around. I then went to make phone calls to other retailer and most of them were more expensive or at best the same price. I felt it was only fair to purchase from them being that they helped me out. Placed the order over the phone so I didn't have to go down there again. Delivery came the same week. Needed one fridge upstairs and the other fridge downstairs and the delivery team placed them both in the right location. I would shop their again and will recommend them.

I was eventually persuaded by the fact that I could save more than $1000 on the four appliances I needed to buy versus going to Home Depot or Sears. (etc.) I then learned that they have a large fully stocked showroom and warehouse in Toronto. Overall, I was very pleased with this store. I did some research on the appliances and Canadian Appliance Source offered the best deals. The site was easy to navigate and they had all of the models I wanted. The service rep was very polite when I phoned. I received an email with my invoice instantly. They told me my 4 products would arrive within 3-5 business days. 4 days later I received a phone call telling me my items are in and ready to be delivered. We confirmed on a 2 hour window for arrival on Wednesday November 24th, and I was very pleased when they showed up 10 minutes early. I would recommend this seller to anyone and I would definitely buy from them again myself. "

Ordered appliances for a new home back in November '09 (Fridge, microwave, range, dishwasher, washer & dryer) We have just completed a reno on our home and transferred all these appliances to our new basement apartment and just ordered a whole new suite of appliances, Jenn-Air and Kitchen Aid for our new kitchen. We came back to Canadian Appliance Source because of their high standards of service and very competitive pricing. They have been trustworthy, helpful and dependable.

Purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer from Canadian Appliance Source's showroom location and was very please with the service. I didn't have to wait at all for help in the store, George asked me right away how he can help me. I placed the order with George and he was extremely helpful and nice and helped me with my decision. I priced around and Canadian Appliance Source had the lowest prices. Delivery came 5 business day later and my washer and dryer was installed by their delivery personnel and they were excellent. Great customer service although the wait time on the phone at times was a bit long, but that could have been due to the holiday season.

This company has the lowest prices in Canada, yet at the same time they have courteous, proffesional customer service.

I would definitely use them when I consider putrchasing my next appliance.

I recently put in a brand new kitchen and had to choose my appliances before they planned the layout of the kitchen. I began doing research online and came across Canadian Appliance Source. I narrowed down what I liked based on price and style from their site not even planning on purchasing from them. All the specs were listed on each product so I made it really easy for my kitchen company to create the plans. I’ve never heard about this company so I had intended on purchasing from our local appliance store in our neighborhood. 4 months later, while my kitchen was being installed I had to place my order for my appliances that I had chosen. Went into my local store and was SHOCKED at the price difference from what I’ve seen on line. They were literally hundreds of dollars more FOR THE EXACT SAME PRODUCTS! I phoned the Sears that is near me as well and THEY WERE EVEN MORE!!! I was devastated to say the least. Our budget only allowed us a certain amount and I couldn’t exceed that. I began considering actually purchasing from this online company that I haven’t heard of before. I did research online and there were some really great reviews and a sprinkle on negative reviews. It was really ironic when I spoke to a friend of mine who is a big name builder in Toronto and asked him about a recommended appliance retailer, he said he ONLY purchases from Canadian Appliance Source as do a lot of his competitors recently. I was told they do mass purchasing and in huge volume therefore their prices are so rock bottom. He said they rarely advertise, so that explained why I’ve never heard about them before. When I phoned them the sales agent was really helpful and notified me that 4 out of my 5 appliances that I needed were indeed available but 1 of them won’t be available until the new year. He then helped me choose another model that was similar enough and an even better price. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the clear information that he was giving me. I came down to the showroom to finalize my order and left them a deposit. I was promised my products would be in within a week and delivery would be scheduled following that. 4 business days later I received a voice mail from Eli who notified me that my products were in and ready for delivery. I didn’t expect such quick service from this company and I wasn’t even ready for delivery. I phoned back and asked if perhaps I can postpone my delivery until my kitchen was complete and he politely agreed. 4 weeks later, my floor was finally installed and my cabinets were completed, I was FINALLY was ready to receive my appliances. 2 days later, I received my 5 ordered products!! The delivery team was great and they unboxed all my products before I signed on the delivery. Overall I was exceptionally impressed with this company and I completely underestimated them therefore I came online to share my thoughts and experience with the public.

We recentely replaced all the appliances in an existing kitchen, so our dimensions were very limited. The staff at Canadian Appliance Source was extremely helpful in guiding us towards the appliances that fit our kitchen and our needs. The new appliances totally transformed our kitchen and gave us a "new kitchen" look without having to redo the entire kitchen!

I needed a new stove for my cottage and time was of essence. Phoned Canadian Appliance Source and they had exactly what I wanted IN STOCK. The purchase went smoothly and I had arranged to pick up the item locally in Toronto. When I came with my vehicle, one of the staff members helped me load it which was really great. I heard about this company from a neighbor who had recently purchased their entire kitchen suite from them and they were highly recommended. I would hands down use them again if needed in the future.

Found Canadian Appliance Source, read reviews, and then I ordered a dual drawer dishwasher and dual fuel stove by Kitchenaid.

The agent helped by showing me a different dishwasher than I originally selected, that actually matched my stove better. I simply didn't know it was there until it was pointed out. Plus, he did inform me that the 220 volt pigtail was not included in the new stove. No problem, I took the one off the old stove.

Delivery was promised within 2 weeks. Ten days later, it was delivered. They unpacked the items immediately, no issues. I had it installed the next day

My advantage over some other posters is, very helpful service agents, prompt pickup when I phoned in, a positive delivery experience, unpacking immediately…..

I am definitely doing this again.
