Both men were efficient and polite. I just wish that theyd installed the anti tip device for me. If theyd done that step Id have given them a 10.

We needed to replace an older washing machine for our condo that was leaking, so we needed quick response and CAS was the right choice. hey not only included delivery, connection and disposal at no additional charge (it was a Black Friday deal) but they delivered it at 9am the next day.

The whole experience was pleasant. The delivery crew was amazing!! Both delivery guys were courteous, professional and friendly.

Great process of ordering and order tracking. The delivery service was exceptional, which cannot be said about other stores that contract out their delivery services to unskilled workers. Very professional. Let's hope the appliances are also top notch.

Great customer service and speedy delivery. Good prices too. Fridge was delivered next business day.

Needed a white dishwasher fast and CAS came through with product and could have delivered a day earlier but we delayed one day and came through.

Purchased an Electrolux washer during Black Friday. Delivered next day, early in the delivery window. Delivery was smooth, neat, tidy and polite. I would shop here again for appliances.

Worst delivery experience ever! Twice had confirmed delivery dates that they failed to meet. They use a 3rd party delivery service that dictates delivery date and time, and will not accept requests for a different time slot.

CAS customer service and sales will not assist with delivery issues. As a result of such a dismal experience on the first half of my order, I cancelled the remaining appliance delivery and requested a refund. Funny thing is, they still showed up with the delivery a day later. CAS can't even properly communicate a cancellation within their own company.

CAS provides a perfect example of why people just go to the big box stores for their appliances...it's just way less hassle.
