Technician Ali was great, on time, professional, courteous and very good at explaining the problem with my hot water tank. Gave me a quote to repair but explained that a 9 year old tank was at its end of life due to corrosion inside. Suggested a great option of a rental plan as opposed to an outright purchase which would be extremely affordable and would provide peace of mind that all repairs and maintenance were covered through the plan. Seemed like a no-brainer to me because I did not have the funds available to purchase a new tank. Ali managed to put me in his schedule for the next day and in fact was able to arrive 2 hours ahead of schedule. His attention to detail of protecting my carpet and rest of my house was greatly appreciated. I didnt stand over his shoulder the whole time, just long enough to see that he takes pride in his work! Ali K from A1 Chesney Service Experts was excellent. He arrived on time, checked all our faucets, drains and toilets. He replaced 4 leaking faucets, cleared a blocked drain and reseated a leaking toilet. Ali explained the repairs while he worked and showed us how to fix small problems. He explained the options for water softeners and will be returning to install a water softener for us. Excellent work and sevice. Ali is knowledgeable, reliable, helpful and very pleasant to deal with - we highly recommend him.

Our water heater stopped working and we had no hot water. Ali K. came first thing in the morning. Our hot water tank was 18 years old so Ali had to do extra work fitting the pipes. He was very pleasant and efficient. I appreciated that he laid flooring to protect our hardwood. My experience with A1 Chesney was excellent and I highly recommend them.

Booked an appointment for an estimate with A-1 Chesney. They called two days later to reschedule the appointment which was already six days away. Obviously not interested in selling me a central air conditioning unit.
