Centennial Moving

We’ve used Centennial Moving co. twice in the past 6 months & both times the crew have been very courteous, efficient and timely. Would highly recommend this company to friends & family.

Making sure everything that I was moving was fully insured was a major priority during my recent move. I had a nightmare experience just over a year ago with a moving company, Furniture got damaged and the company refused to cover all the expenses of the damaged items. It was also my fault for not doing good research because I realized they didn't have an insurance policy. So this time around I made sure that who ever I chose was big on making sure that damaged items would be covered. When looking into Centennial, they explained i would be in safe hands, so paying that extra really gave me the peace of mind.. At that point I knew they were a good fit because even if the move went south I would not lose any extra money. I used their moving service with the insurance and it worked out very well. No accidents of any kind occurred but the key point is I felt much better about the situation knowing I was fully covered.

Centennial moved my fiance and I from our parent's houses to a two-bedroom apartment on the third floor (with no elevator). They also internally moved a great deal of furniture within my parent's house, such as couches and large chairs. Overall, I was very happy with their services. I changed the start point the night before for the move, and they adapted without problem. They were right on time, and moved quickly. They did not complain about the 3 stops they had to make before the final destination. They also took apart and put together a bed during the move. I was very pleased with their professionalism and efficiency!

To be totally honest I am shocked at how smoothly, professionally, and efficiently our move was conducted. And not only the move but the time and attention I got from Centennial in the weeks prior to the move in preparation (we were coming from Quebec City and they moved us sight unseen). I simply cannot overstate the personalized attention from Max, Alex, and Trey- plus the steady talents of the entire moving team. Do not look much farther than this company. It may cost just a little more - but not much - but the peace of mind is absolutely more than worth that!!

I have to be honest, the thought of moving makes me nauseous, especially a long distance move with a lot of “stuff”. In fact we had an entire semi load plus an additional truck full of furniture, clothes, appliances, etc. Your crew did a phenomenal job through the entire process. We did not have one blip on the loading and packing side. Pretty impressive for loading and packing, unloading and storing, reloading and over two thousand miles later unloading in sub-zero weather. Mike, Alex and the two others were awesome on the unload side. I would certainly recommend Centennial Moving. Please convey my gratitude to the crew.

I just wanted to pass along my thoughts on our move process. We just moved from Manitoba to Toronto. My wife was present for the pack in Manitoba. She said it was great and the guys were awesome. I was present for the unpack today with Kevin and Alex. They both did a great job. They were very friendly and efficient. I enjoyed having them here. We experienced some bad customer service in other areas of our move, but not in this one! We were impressed with the pack and unpack and the friendliness of everyone involved. I imagine driving all over the country doing this kind of work is tough, but they made it look very enjoyable!

They came out, they gave us a price, so were pleased with that. They've been right on top of it. It's more of a local company that goes across the country, and we like to support local companies. They came out, they looked, they was very good, they said if we had any questions ask. They were very good to get back to us. They've come out, and priced it out for us. Easy to contact. Gets right back if we contact. We're very pleased. They were very thorough. They also said since its a local company, it's not going to make multiple stops. That's how they're unique that way. It's more of a personalized move, you aren't just one of many stops. Very Professional. They are helping us move.

Clearly my experience with Centennial Moving must have been with a fresh, conscientious, and vibrant team. Max and Alex arranged the details of my move on the phone two storage locations in Toronto (my mother's and my aunts) were visited so as to transport my lovely, antique furniture to Calgary. Everything arrived in tip-top condition. My impression of polite, precise, and professional was complemented by an equally pleasant gentleman driver. I highly recommend Centennial for its largesse and professionalism. A hearty thank you to my fantastic team for achieving the near-impossible. A successful move in the face of trying obstacles, this time.

The guys at Centennial were great to work with. Having never used movers before, I was not sure who to call or what to expect. I found a lot of great reviews about this company and they were honestly accurate from my experience. The team was timely, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. Moving from a top floor apartment (with no elevator) to another top floor unit (thankfully this one did have!) I was not sure what to expect. They were done in almost the exact amount of time they had quoted and all of our things arrived in perfect condition. If I ever use a service like this again, I will never look anywhere else!
