We are first time buyers and were inexperienced in the home purchase process. Yuri made us very comfortable. He explained everything that we needed to know and answered all our questions. For two years that I was living in this house I was wondering where this funny smell comes from. I had various contractors who came to investigate this but coulod not find anything. One of my friends recommended to give a call to Yuri. Yuri spent nearly four hours in my house looking for everything from basement to attic. Then he took air samples and when the results from the lab came back, he returned to my house again. He opened drywall in one room of the basement and there was significant amount of smelly mould behind it. Yuri was able to pinpoint the reason for this and recommended to do some waterproofing of the foundation wall. We also replaced the drywall and all this work eliminated the problem. I'm very grateful to Yuri for his extensive knowledge and excellent service.
