Have had a maintenance contract with this Company for years. Staff are always professional, polite and informative. This Fall a new furnace was required because of a potential CO problem. The technician explained the situation in detail. The subsequent installation was done quickly with a minimum of "fuss".
This company has an excellent standard of service.

I have used Abbey Air for my service maintenance for many years, they also installed electronic air cleaner, A/C and furnace. Today my tech Jose(Joe) arrived on time as promised, always does. I always request Joe, makes me feel safe to know who is in my house. As always, Joe did a great job and answers all our questions. Thanks Joe for all the years of service.

Had our furnace and a/c units replaced 2 weeks ago with a Lennox system. Just a quick note to say a job well done by Abbey Air. From Devon with the Sales details who was very informative and knowledgeable to the installation team of Michael, Ross and Peter who were very kind, courteous and respectful. The furnace is very silent that I can't tell it running even if I am standing next to it.

The new system (Furnace + AC) was installed by Jay, Adam and Johnny two weeks ago. They are professional, quick and clean. They also walk me through how to use the system at the end. Really appreciate their work.

We had 3 quotes and we found the salesperson, Robert Gill, the mist informative. Jay and Peter arrived on time and their work was done with care and they were very polite and did a great job cleaning up. Best of all the furnace worked.

Steven Klecok did a great job on my Air Conditioner in the Spring and Murray Misener just finished servicing my furnace, I learned a lot from Murray that I did not know prior about my furnace. This gentleman is the grandaddy of all service men, I hope Abbey Air appreciates him as much as I did. Both men arrived on time and did excellent work, thank you.

I receive a great experience from Michael & Ross the technicians that install my furnace & air conditioner, they arrived promptly and did a walk around explaining their tasks, of course all questions were answered in a professional manner.

The Abbey Air personnel arrived on time and completed the job diligently. All pipe and wiring was replaced with new materials. All work was done with care, and exactly as requested. Old unit and all other materials were removed. Technician made some final adjustments to ensure that system functioned to maximum efficiency.

We were very pleased with the way in which Abbey Air personnel completed the installation. More importantly, we are very satisfied with the functioning of the new equipment, and also with the effect of the final adjustments made to the furnace fan to make the air conditioner more effective and the whole system quieter.
