Discovered a disconnected drain hose and reconnected. Tightened another small leak.

AC and furnace weren't working. Helge determined it was because of the thermostat. He changed it and all is well.

Work was good, efficient and clean. Wrong part was ordered and new thermostat forgotten, so two additional follow-up calls were required, which was not ideal. that said, they were professional and got the work done.
