Alberta Carpet Cleaning (Edmonton)

Needed the carpets cleaned after our dog passed away. Felt that Chris rushed the job as he was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Also didn't like the fact he "upsaled" me with deodorizer and tried with scotch guard as well. Could have mentioned it would cost another $60 when he offered.

Needed to clean carpets before moving out of a rental home. Owner wanted professional service so we looked for a reputable company in Edmonton. Tried Alberta carpet cleaning and was pleased with the ease of scheduling and also the price. Staff showed up on time and completed the job in a reasonable time frame.

does a thorough job, quick and efficient. May have to pay extra for pet hair removal. Would hire again, and they are able to fit you into their schedule within reasonable amount of time.

I am very impressed with this company and will use them for all carpet cleaning in both my homes from now on. They were very friendly and knowledgable on the phone, picked up my carpets the next day and delivered them at a time that was convenient for me. The carpets look great and they took care of everything once I called them.

i loved that they showed up in time, the technician was polite and answered my children's endless questions and they told me exactly what they were doing and how long it would take... i love this company always going to use them :)

The actual results of the carpet cleaning were good but the attendant was four hours late for our appointment which was very frustrating. They did provide a free upgrade (deodorizer) due to the lateness but we were still not impressed with the delay. Carpets looked great after, there were even some spots that came cleaner than we thought possible. If they could be better about scheduling I would have been much happier

I have mixed reviews regarding the service we received. The staff who we talked to on the phone were polite and very very helpful. We made an appointment to have our entire townhouse's carpets cleaned. They did 3 bedrooms, stairs and a living room.

We were told that the person who was coming to clean our carpets would be at our place between 8am-noon. We waited until 1pm to call them to find out where or when the guy was coming, long story short he was supposed to call us and let us know that he was running late (he never did call) he finally showed up at our place around 1:30. He didn't say a word to us, just came in and started working

He sprayed our carpets and cleaned everything quite quickly. Everything looked fantastic, until the next day. We noticed that our cream colored carpets were turning dark brown in several places.

We called the office right away to let them know and ask if they could fix it. Again the ladies on the phone were exceptional. They said they would have someone out right away to take a look. Turns out the first guy had used way to much water on our carpets and the excess water was soaking the underlay forcing more dirt to the surface.

The guy who came to fix the problem was very apologetic and had the problem resolved in no time. We are happy with the prompt service we received the second time around and are happy our carpets are clean, we will probably try this company again as the price was great.

I needed my couch and ottoman cleaned, thanks to training a new puppy. I had called Albert Carpet Cleaning to get a quote. They said that it would be a 30 day wait because I live in a condo but that I could bring my cushions and ottoman into their facility to get it done earlier. My first surprise was the price. They advertise that they can clean your carpets for $99, which was also on the first email quote. When I had phoned, the girl quoted me $140 because they were treating with their bio treatment. I thought it was a lot for 3 cushions and an ottoman but it needed to be done. When I arrived she said they are bigger than a normal cushion and it was cost $200. I wonder what it would have been if they came to my house and cleaned the whole couch instead of just the cushions??
They told me it takes a few days to clean, which was also a surprise, but I agreed. I told them it was my only couch in the house and they said they I could have it Saturday. 3 days, an inconvenience but no big deal. On Saturday I called and they said it had been cleaned and ready to pick up. Later that afternoon my boyfriend went to get it and they said it had already been picked up. They disappeared for a while and then said that it still needed to be cleaned and wouldn’t be ready until next week. He figured they couldn’t find it, so I called and talked to the girl who I had talked to that morning. She said that it was there, but they didn’t clean it properly and it had to be done again, and would not be ready before Tuesday. My couches were ready for pick up on Tuesday but between the hassle and the price I don’t think I could recommend this company. The girls on the phone are very friendly which is the only thing the company really had going for them. Next time I need services like this I will definitely be shopping around, and I recommend the same to anyone else.

Called me at 7:30 AM to let me know they'd be on-site between 10 and 11 (as they said they would when I made the appointment). Gentlemen arrived on time, got straight to business. Cleaned 12 stairs and one small room in about 30 minutes.
All the stains were removed from the stairs (heavily soiled prior to treatment), same with the carpet in the small room.
Somewhat pricey at $110 total, but considering service and job done, was worth it. Will use them again :)

We had them come into our house when we first bought it before we moved in. They were professional, efficent and very polite. They got the job done in no time! Will be calling them again for sure!
