Reliance Superior Heating & Air Conditioning

Reliance sold and installed a new Central AC system on my recently built house and everything went out pretty smoothly. I had it installed in my home the very next day and I can say the service was clean and well executed. Not to mentioned the 10 years warranty parts and labor that comes pretty handy!

Austin did the furnace and ac maintenance for us today. He's very patient and thorough. He gave us a lot of good tips. The house is a lot cooler after he left. He treated us with respect and treated our house with care. Thanks Austin and Reliance!

I had an emergency broken pipe on the top of my water heater. The receptionist and the technician were great. Both friendly and efficient. I called at 2pm and the job was done by 4pm.

The Reliance staff that worked on the installation of the furnace and water heater did a great job. Very professional, respectful and friendly, fully explained the install process. We switched from a gas to electric water tank. The electricians also did a great job. Reliance workers cleaned up the work site once work was completed. Would recommend the installation staff.

We called Reliance for a quote on a whole new Hvac system including hot water on demand. The technician was very rude, complained we were asking for too many quotes and told my husband that if he was going to go over the quote with his wife, that she should have been home at the time. Eventhough, we purposely made arrangements for noone else including the dog to be in the house due to covid protocol. We can't comment on the their quality of work but, with that attitude I can't see them getting by the quote process.

Had terrible service . Extremely unprofessional. Didn't want to wear a mask , one gentleman injured himself and got blood everywhere. Ppl walking in our house with no introducing themselves and once they left ( which they never went over anything with me before leaving ) the piping was all wrong . Called and they gave us excuses after excuses and then ignored our calls. Terrible mistake going with Reliance

Rodney & Perry we’re installers. They did wonderful job & they are very professional. Diane, Manager attended at the site to check. She is very professional. Electrician did good job. Neil, advisor was very professional & explained all the options. Whole team of Reliance were wonderful. It’s highly recommended.

The guys came into the house they interdict them selves started work ride way . they took the A/C apart set up the new one, every thing was taken out side they cleaned up any mess and started the A/C gone in about 2.5 hours the yard was mice and tide too.

My technician was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. I had a small issue with my AC unit and he was able to resolve the issue without hesitation. I was also very pleased that he didn't try to sell me something.
