Crazy Joe's Drapery Warehouse

I recently completed my home reno and found Crazy Joe's Drapery in Scarborough online which is very near where I live. I went in with my measurements, where they showed me an array of fabrics in the colour and style I was looking for. The very next day the installer came to verify my measurements. I then got a call some time later letting me know my drapes were ready; the very next day the installer came, installed the rods and hung my drapes.

Customer service is usually great when things go perfect, but the real test of a company's commitment to customer service is how they treat the customer when things aren't perfect. I had a small problem with my sheers, which I knew would need altering. I called Ted he told me bring them in right away and Myrtle and I would figure out a solution. Two days later I was all fixed up. This was probably the most important part of the transaction and I couldn't be HAPPIER with the way it was handled. I wanted to be sure to take the time to write a review for Ted & Myrtle; so often we find time to complain but rarely to praise. I feel it important to put forth that effort when customer service goes right!

Installing custom drapes is a small investment, and it is a pleasure to have walked away from the experience completely satisfied with my expenditure.

I cannot wait until I get around to my bathroom decor. I was so inspired by the fabrics, I decided to do some custom shower curtains in seasonally appropriate fabrics. SO EXCITED!

Our windows are 18' which made it quite challenging to find affordable window coverings.
I did my research before going to Crazy Joe's on Kennedy. The quality of the drapes were superior to every other store we visited. We were quoted up to $10,000. by other companies but we paid a fraction of that price at Crazy Joe's. We are very pleased with the work and have received many compliments. The work was done in a timely manner and very professional.

We had drapes installed by the son of the owner. Right from the beginning, he showed up on time and was super helpful in helping us pick out the perfect drapes and curtains for our condo. We are very indecisive and he had no problem offering his expertise.

The project was completed exactly when he estimated it would be and he delivered them and helped set them up with the right tools. They look stunning! Such good quality of drapes and service.

In 2008 Crazy Joe's (Leo) made me drapes, bed skirt and table skirt for my bedroom. I purchased many duvet covers since 2008 to match/compliment the drapes etc. with little success.

In July I decided it was time to have custom bedding. Went back to Crazy Joe's, (worked with Myrtle and Ted). Found a beautiful linen blend fabric, looks like it was designed to work with my drapes, bed skirt etc. Crazy Joe's made me a coverlet (88L x 84W) sized to show the custom bedskirt plus 3 matching pillow shams. The quality of their work is excellent, the under side of the bed cover is plain cotton but finished just as beautifully as the linen fabric top. Pattern matching (2 seams on coverlet) is impeccable, seams are virtually invisible.

I bought some ready made draperies a few years back, and thought that I would go back as I was renovating. Leo was so kind, and not only did he custom make a roman shade, he did it for half the price as another company. How can you not like a Canadian based business, that actually makes his products on site. Best Drapery company in Toronto, I will be going back to do my living room next month with some custom draperies.

Dealing with Leo has been the greatest pleasure. A gentleman who knows his business and cares about you. I had beautiful custom drapes installed in my living room and it looks glamorous. From start to finish it was a great experience. I received the best price for the best quality and would recommend him anytime.

We purchased blinds for windows in a three rooms. The selection was great but we were not happy with the designer or service. The designer gave us incorrect pricing (said if we changed the style it would cost around $80 more. The price actually increase by $300). We were given a delivery date for the curtains but as it turned out they were not even open that day (we had to call to confirm). We tried on numerous occasions to arrange installation and even took time off of work to be at home (they did not show up). Finally they were able to come on a day that we couldn't be home although our Nanny was. The curtains were installed incorrectly and the store blamed us for not being there to tell them how to install the blinds. Overall, the blinds are nice...not fantastic. The price was average (they did drop the price when we complained about the misinformation). But, the customer service needs work.
