Omega Iron And Railings

After reading so many favourable reviews I had Omega come out and do an estimate. They arranged for someone to come out within a week and the pricing for what I wanted done was excellent. My requests were something they had not done before but they were willing to do it anyway. Within a couple of weeks the installation was done and it was exactly what I wanted, and I was impressed with the whole transaction! Best decision going Omega Iron Works & Railing.

I was recommended to Omega Iron Works and Railings Ltd. by a friend for a very detailed interior iron scroll staircase railings design. Omega came for an estimate and carefully measured and gave us advice that no other company mentioned to use. The finished product was beautifully finished in the factory but skillfully installed and looks wonderful. I would like to use this company again for exterior iron gates.

I came across Omega Iron through a web search after the first firm we selected didn't come through. I didn't have any references and was somewhat uneasy since this was a relatively large job that was time sensitive. We had all the stair rails in our home replaced with circular wrought iron that would incorporate an Art Deco nuance. I gave Dennis one tiny picture of a feature that I would like to see on the wrought iron design. Other than that, I gave him almost no direction. After all he is highly skilled in design as well. Well, I was more than astonished at the beautiful creation Dennis had come up with. It was stunning! And the extra details he added gave it the finishing touches! And, he was on time and on budget!!!!! I would use Omega Iron Works and Railings Ltd in a heartbeat again.

This is my second home that Angelo and Dennis installed custom railing in my home. The timing from start to finish was on schedule with no issues. Many compliments from friends and family. Highly recommend them!!

We paid Omega in full to design, create, manufacture and install our exterior wrought iron railings. Omega promised to provide galvanized high quality iron that would never rust. Instead they supplied a mix of wrought and cast iron that was not galvanized. Our railings began to rust only 3 months after his installation. We called Omega at least 20 times and despite promises to repair and replace the damage, they never showed up or made good on any of their promises.

Our railings are completely rusted through and we need to replace them. They have caused damage to our stairs which need to be repaired, adding extra cost to the situation.

Omega did not honor the contract or stand behind their work. I would never Omega again or recommend them to anyone.

I hired this company to install a set of railings on my rear deck. They were informative, and helpful in deceiding what design to choose. The end product resulted beautiful, with black aluminum railings, and bronze tinted glass. Makes my deck look like a million bucks. They installed the date they promised, and were in and out fast. I did not call other companies to shop around or compare because their pricing seemed reasonable. I would recommend and use again in the future if need be.

The quality of work from this company was amazing. Very professional service and good quality. Custom designs were exactly what I wanted and their suggestions were very good. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for railings!!!
