Maria built a sofa that had been mis-measured through an error. She took it back, took it apart and rebuilt it.

The cushions were not quite right. She removed some down and told me I might need it back after a year of use. She told me to come back any time and she would add more down to the pillows.

I would happily recommend her - and will use her again.

We had a large rocking chair and ottoman upholstered . It belonged to my grandmother. The last time it was recovered was the 70's. Classic Touch did an amazing job, they rebuilt everything from the ground up. Maria was wonderful, helping us choose the perfect fabric. Classic Touch rebuilt and reupholstered 6 antique dinning room chairs to perfection! Maria spent time with me suggesting several fabrics options. The quality of the workmanship (re-enforcing the chairs and comfort of the seats) and professional finishing touches (piping) were all expertly and beautifully done. Their pricing seemed comparable to other companies I checked with and lower than some with fancy show rooms. I found Classic Upholstery at the 2015 Spring Home Show in Toronto. The chairs were 17 years old, needed new upholstery and the feather-filled back cushions needed to be replaced. Maria was very helpful and was patient with my indecision during the process. We are very pleased with the finished chairs which are elegant and ready to provide many more years of enjoyment.

I came across this company while strolling through the Toronto Home Show this past spring. There was a magnificent piece of furniture behind the salesperson which drew my attention into the booth at the outset; a winning recipe at a home show for sure! The gentleman representing Classic Upholstery was nothing short of a gentleman - knowledgeable, engaging and clear about how the process would look if I were to express interest in a future project. True to his word, somebody followed up with me from Classic Upholstery, and travelled from Mississauga to Markham one evening saddled with dozens of upholstery samples and a 'sharp pencil' to encourage an order. One of the company's leads, Maria, was fantastic. She knew what I wanted, knew that I was going way over my budget with the fabric I truly loved. She also knew that to update and perfect my ages-old living room furniture and dining room chairs, would cost twice as much as buying brand new furniture, but Maria also offered the very best price and did a fabulous job - simply fabulous! The results were better than I could have ever imagined, and I have since returned to Classic Touch Upholstery for other work. Great service, great results using the very best fabric available in the industry which was offered at the best price possible. Highly recommended!

I wanted to update my tired but perfectly sized ottoman. Maria was so helpful with fabric choice and design even suggesting the perfect decorative nails & leg colour. The result was even better than I imagined - tufting was perfect. A great experience and I will be back!

This is the 3rd time I have used Classic Touch. First time was reupholstering of 6 antique dining room chairs which were spectacularly done. The next time was an antique chaise. Also perfect at which time I recommended a friend who also was very pleased with all her work done.

Maria is amazing with all her expertise and once again didn't fail me in showing me the perfect fabric, which always takes some
time but it is well worth it. My 2 love seats were delivered in the time promised and I was not disappointed yet again!!
