Arcana Windows & Doors

It was time for a new front door. Our old door seemed to not be very energy efficient and it was looking old and tired.

After seeing a neighbour’s new door I knocked on her new door and asked who she purchased the door from. She said it was a company called Arcana Windows and doors and gave me the phone number.

I called the office and booked an appointment with the salesman Haim. He was very professional and helped guide me through the design selection process. He was very good at answering my questions. Alannah the booking person for the install was very upbeat and accommodating for the install date. The installers were also very good.

The doorbell I had purchased was defective and when the new one was available Haim arranged to come to my home and personally install the new doorbell. He also complemented on how nice the door looked. Now I have other neighbours complementing how our new door looks “stunning” We are very happy with our new door and the excellent service that Arcana provided

I was recommended to contact Arcana Windows and Doors for a new patio door by a local Moms group. We met Haim within the same week for a free estimate, paid a great price for the door and the install of the door was within a week, as there was one in stock! The team of installers were professional, respectful and efficient, and the door looks great! We’ve just put a deposit down on a front door through this awesome company, and Haim was extremely helpful once again. I wish that we had known about Arcana Windows and Doors when we had our windows installed last year, but we’ll recommend them to anyone needing windows and/or doors!

Arcana Window & Doors were great. We installed a egress window in our basement. The order was placed and installed as scheduled. The two window installers were very professional, worked until the job was complete and were very neat and tidy.
There was nothing left behind including the excess ground. The price quoted was also very competitive.

When I decided to replace the windows on the front of my century home in downtown Hamilton, I received quotes from 5 different companies. Arcana's price was the best by far and Mark's sales approach was honest, knowledgable and no pressure. In fact, his suggestions regarding related work around my house saved me thousands of dollars. The installation was extremely professional. The installers arrived on schedule, were polite and efficient, removing all materials from the job site and leaving my home clean inside and out. All they left behind were beautifully installed windows.

I was told I would have everything done in 8 weeks. From meeting the sales rep to installation it took 5 months, then they had to come back to fix installation problems. It was almost impossible getting a response from my sales rep, sometimes taking a week to reply. In short, I would not give them my business again!!!

Mark gave us a competitive quote and worked with us on the pricing by giving us advice on what we could change to save money without compromising our vision. The windows were delivered and installed within 8 weeks, as promised, and the installers took great care when removing the old wooden century glass windows. To my delight, not a single one was broken. We did a total tear out and the installers took the time to properly spray foam around them. Their capping work was phenomenal as well. As the house was still under renovation, we took their advice and waited on installing the doors to prevent them from getting damaged, however the changing weather made it necessary to install the patio door earlier. Arcana happily accommodated us, and despite our mason screwing up the opening, they made it work and look beautiful. The exterior doors were installed next and again, they did a wonderful job. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I got Arcana to do all the windows and a patio door in my house and I couldn’t be happier with the result as well as with the service I received from Arcana. The windows look amazing! Arcana did beautiful job. I had some time constraints around holidays and guests coming that I asked Arcana to accommodate. Haim worked to fit my installation into their busy schedule based on my request and they completed installing my entire house that is pretty big in just a few days from beginning to end including painting the new casing. Haim was keeping me up to date with the progress and what’s expected next, and everything was executed to his promise. Based on my very good experience with Arcana I already referred to then friend and family and I’ll sure keep doing it.

Dealing with Mark could not have been easier. He was quick to respond and he answered all of my questions. There was no pressure for the upsell that I felt from the other companies that quoted. He respected that I was on a budget. The guy who installed was very thorough and very clean. He made sure everything was working well and tidy before he left.
