Responded to my inquiry right away. They came in a couple of days for the quote. I had 3 quotes and theirs was the best. They showed up early of the install time, which was perfect. Looks very professional and matched the colour nicely! They cleaned up and we now have an excellent window that we won't have to worry about for a very long time if ever!

Dmitry answered all my many questions and helped us pick the right windows for the Greener Homes grant and loan program. The crew were pros. Friendly and efficient. We had a small aesthetic caulking thing to fix after, and Jay came and fixed it no questions asked. He even took down blinds for us that we couldnt figure out. If we ever have to replace other windows or doors, I would go back to Arcana in a heartbeat.

From my chats with Dmitry, our appointment with Jay, and our scheduling with Alannah, everything was handled in a timely, professional, impressive manner. The icing on the cake, though, was the installation of the windows themselves. The husband & wife team of Andre and Christine were amazing!! I cannot say enough about the awesome job they did. When one purchases a window, the quality of the window is one factor but just as important is the installation. A poor installation undermines everything. That is not the case here. Amazing job done!!! My husband is hard to please so when he said the windows look great and the men took pride in the job they completed, it was a HUGE compliment. I'm so happy and I look forward to them coming out again when the basement windows need to be done.

From the initial consult to installation the service provided was excellent. Arcana is prompt at handling inquiries, windows were ready earlier than expected and installation was superb.

We had Arcana come and replace 8 windows and our front door. Communication about timing and start dates was fantastic and the workers were efficient. We had one small issue after the installation, but the team was out again quickly to fix itno questions asked.

We hired Arcana to replace 6 nonstandard sized windows and a back entrance door. Their products are in good quality. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Work has been done very professionally. Their charges are reasonable, its actually the most competitive price I can find in the market. I would recommend them to anyone.
