When we first got our house, there was a pink carpet that went throughout the whole upstairs floor. As much as we fell in love with our home, it just doesn't compare to how incredible it looks with the handy work of Vic and his crew. They were hardworking and polite, and they really knew what they were doing. One hardwood piece happened to get a sliver peeling backwards and without question they came back and took care of replacing that one piece. It was phenomenal work and we'll absolutely be using their services again!

Vic was extremely helpful and professional to deal with. I needed to match hardwood to existing flooring and the previous retailer I had dealt with was no longer in business. Vic was able to get the product I needed at a more reasonable price and in a shorter time. He also arranged for delivery that was a convenient time for me. There was a leak in my condo for which reason I contacted Floor Coverings International. My floor needed to be changed and my parents had dealt with the company in the past. I received excellent personalized service and I didn't have to step foot into a store. They provided me with a variety of options at home and I was able to make a selection! The convenience of it all had me sold. The quality of the work was very good as well so overall I had a great experience despite the grief of the water damage itself. To top it off, I was able to change my color! Highly recommended!

I had 5 estimates for the flooring that I wanted done. Floor Coverings International were not the least , nor the most expensive; but ,by far, the most professional.
All calls were returned, all appts. kept, and experienced, skilled workmen. Vic was personable, and understood exactly what I wanted and gave excellent advice.
