Great service and pricing. We have come to trust Sunnyside over the years and its no wonder we see them all over. Great job guys! Keep up the impressive work.

The work that was done seems good. Our eaves were coming away from the house and the guys showed up prompt and eager. It was suggested that I get corners of eaves caulked but they couldn't do it that day and said they would come back. I received a bill for both jobs but the guys never came back to do the rest of the work. I tried for 3 weeks to get a revised invoice for the work that was actually completed. Then their accounting department called to say my bill was overdue unpaid! The guys may do good work, but their accounting office is a mess. I called twice a week and spoke with a different person every time who didn't know what was going on with my invoice. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Customer service over the phone was sub par and unhelpful.

Daniel and his team cleaned our eaves. I found him knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient with my questions.

The reason I did not give this company a higher mark is that the eaves were cleaned late in the season when it was just above freezing. Many of the leaves in the eavestrough were frozen and they had to come back to remove the leaves later in the morning. I was also not given any idea as to when the eavestroughs would be cleaned.

The two young gentlemen were very polite! They did a great job cleaning our eaves and they walked me through the process. The price was paid as discussed (no hidden costs!). I would recommend to anyone and we will be using them over and over.

Workers are friendly and the job is well done. Have been using them for the last 5 years. I have a big driveway in the back and they come with a jeep.

The booking co-ordinator was really professional in letting me know of couple of rescheduling. I did run into scheduling hiccups, but had an overall pleasant experience. Hopefully next time, there is less co-ordination required.

I had the Sunnyside people come over for an end of summer cleaning. The gentlemen were hard working and did a very thorough cleaning. A bit beyond my expectations. Their price was fair based on the job they completed. I appreciate a company that takes pride in doing their work properly.
