Ideal Insulation & Roofing

When I moved into my home, there was an issue with the insulation of the pipes. It had been installed improperly by the builders. I had Ideal come in and fix and upgrade the insulation. Ideal also resealed the light sockets in my attic.

They were bang on time for the 7 am quote. They were great guys, very neat.

I researched online and decided on Ideal Insulation. They corrected my faulty ceiling and redid it, they also added vents. They replaced my older bathroom fans, and redid everything to modern code. I was happy with everything they did, they were professional and did a clean job. They were on time and on quote. I would recommend them.

They were quick with the quote and arrived when they were booked. Blown insulation installers were fantastic. Spray foam job installer was less accurate that I would have liked. They did come back and fix the worst sections but I would have liked it to be a more even installation. Overall a good experience from first contact to completion.

They were an excellent bunch of guys, and did a bang up job. They were easy to get along with, and obviously had a lot of passion for their product. i.e. they were more than happy to answer all my questions about what they were doing. ;)
The spider crew was also really fantastic and I loved watching it go in. That product is so great that I don't think I would ever insulate with anything else.
The poly/batt crew could have taken a bit more time on the caulking, but did a good job on everything as well. Their speed was impressive...I've never seen two people move so quickly in my life.

We are happy with the work that was done, they know how to do their job, It was a good experience and for sure we recommend them any time. Good job !!!

The work was completed in about a hour and a half and the insulation team was more than happy to answer any questions and show me the work once it had been completed. I would highly recommend Ideal insulation and roofing.

Ideal was prompt in coming to our home to ascertain the scope of the work and provide a quote, which we found quite reasonable. Work was performed very quickly upon receiving our go ahead. The two people performing the work wear very pleasant, efficient and competent. Ideal Insulation & Roofing was recommended to us and we would in turn recommend them to anyone else.
