Latitude Countertops

This is my second time using Latitude. Recently had Latitude install Silestone counters in my laundry and 2 bathrooms. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of product as well as service. Leslie was very patient with me choosing my materials and very quick and thorough with following up on all details. The installers arrived on time, were efficient and friendly. My first project with Latitude was 5 years ago for my kitchen and master bath - again same excellent service and quality. Highly recommend and hope to use them again in the future.

If you don't have a huge area to cover, check out their remnant warehouse - I got a killer deal on a beautiful piece of stone. When it came time to install I was nervous as I've had bad experiences in the past, but I have to admit they did a beautiful job. 3 guys came in and executed with speed and precision - not so much as a scratch or nick to be found anywhere. Very impressed. Thanks Latitude!

Latitude showed exemplary service and expertise from sourcing the right material at my budget through to installation: Knowledgable salespeople helped me narrow down the material to fit my needs; toured their impressive plant and learned about the finishing process/conferred with stonecutters when choosing where stone variations would land on my countertop; once the stone made it to my home, their installers showed impeccable attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.

From the time we selected our quartz countertop at Georgetown Home Hardware to the installation date, October 27, from Latitude Countertops, I have only the highest praise. My family would profile me as a picky, neat freak, but the installers from Latitude met all my expectations. Despite the difficulty of the job site, having to travel by boat with an abundance of equipment, being tired from a previous job, these installers completed our job to perfection. Mark, the leader of the two man team , showed tremendous skill and knowledge, and worked efficiently to install my countertop. It took several hours and despite my offer to clean up the job site, both Mark and his side kick Keiffer, declined my offer and swept the floor, polished the countertop, not once but several times. would I recommend this company? In a heartbeat. Thanks Latitude, would love you to do further work for us.

I was drawn to Latitude because I was specifically looking for a remnant piece in granite to complete our ensuite reno. I didn't want the standard carrara marble and found my perfect piece on their online remnant warehouse (seriously, check it out!).

Due to the large size of the remnant, we were able to have quite a few pieces fabricated (vanity countertop, backsplash, shower sills and threshold, tub sill, shower and wall shelves) for an incredible price. Once you pay for the stone, all the other costs are just fabrication, installation.

My recommendation is to improve the the responsiveness and service of the office staff - it would take 2-3 days (sometimes a week) to receive a response from my sales rep and this was after repeated phone calls/voicemails. This was everything from receiving initial costing info, to reserving a remnant piece, to arranging for pick-up of some items, to scheduling an install appt for the countertop. I was trying to coordinate activities and timelines with my contractor and having this responsiveness delay impacted the completion of the reno.

Overall, I would recommend Latitude, especially if you're looking for a remnant piece from their warehouse.

Jonathan is so knowledgable in his field! As soon as I called him for the 1st time and I discussed my color choices with him, he was able to give me very efficient advise.
From top to toe, Jonathan and his team were very meticulous, very courteous and very professional! They were very patient with us since our reno got delayed a few weeks, so our order! They came twice to take measurements just to make sure that they got it right.
The guys who came and installed it were on time and very competent and confident. They did an awesome job!
