The first visit to asses the water problem was thoroughly done. Rino"s estimate as to when the work would start and how long it would last was right on. The five young men who did the job were very professional, started and ended the days at reasonable times, worked hard during the very hot weather and left the site extremely clean. I choose Watertite from a neighbor's reference and I would also recommend Watertite to someone else.

We had water coming in our basement seeping through the walls for years. After a heavy rainstorm we decided to call watertight. We were past customers. They did great work both times. The crew worked fast and were done on time. We have had no water in the basement since!

Watertite, and more specifically, Rino, was recommended to me by friends. I said, you cannot go wrong if friends have been satisfied with somebody's job. And indeed, it didn't go wrong. On the contrary, it actually went very well. Rino and his crew demonstrated professionalism from beginning to end of the experience. Always prompt, always honest, always respectful and always patient with the many questions that one could have. No matter how silly you think your question can be. They showed up when they said they would, and sometimes left after they said they would. They explain in detail what they are doing. I would not hesitate to recommend Watertite and, particularly Rino, to have he job properly done, at a very competitive price. I had neighbours who had recently waterproofed their homes asked how much I had paid for the job, as it "looks they really know what they are doing". That is also how I know their price was a win win situation.

All work was done according to the contract and more. Very professional and exceeded my expectations. Very clean, well organized and took their time to explain thoroughly all steps of the project. The price was very reasonable. Congratulations to the management and staff.

The whole experience from estimate to completion was excellent. The crew were on time, very courteous and worked very hard. The job site was contained and cleaned up as much as possible daily. Project was completed in under the estimated time and the site was left in great shape. I was very impressed with all aspects of this project.

We were extremely satisfied with their work. They were professional and helpful from the first phone call and provided us with a very detailed quote. I did exterior waterproofing of my semi this past Spring. The job was complicated by the narrow area between the houses, an the structural issues we uncovered due to the age of the house. Watertite waterproofed our home. They came and worked everyday until the job was done. We have not have any water issues in the basement since the work was done. I can recommend them and have recommended them to friends.

I selected Watertite to waterproof two walls of our home based on a referral from a neighbour. The entire process was fully explained in their quotation and their price was competitive. The crew was very hardworking and the foreman Barry was always on site to direct the work. They completed the work in a very careful and professional manner. An issue was discovered with one of our walls that required additional work below the footer. Due to the very wet conditions and soil erosion, this wall was completed in sections requiring several extra days of work. They also identified and resolved an electrical problem with my air conditioning line that had been inappropriately buried underground. A window well was also installed at no extra charge. I am very pleased with the job that was completed and highly recommend them to anyone who needs waterproofing done.

Their workers, especially the foreman Barry, did an excellent job. Our property and our neighbour's properties were treated with exceptional care- shrubbery that was removed was replanted, the deck was removed & replaced, tarps were laid under piles of dirt that was excavated by hand and our landscaping ended up looking better than before.
We had the work done at the end of November 2012 & with so much snow & rain this winter season, we are very happy with the results of the work, which is backed by a 20 year warranty.
We wholeheartedly recommend Rino & his crew to anyone considering waterproofing their basement.
