The technician is a great guy. He does amazing work with a good attitude & is determined to get the job done. We had our hot water tank & boiler installed by City Gas Company in the past & recently had an expansion tank installed. There was some difficulty removing the old one, but Chris persevered & accomplished what needed to be done. I will continue using City Gas & surely recommend them to anyone reading this to do the same.

I had my Mitsubishi ductless A/C mainteneced. Amazing technician once again. Chris is wonderful and knows his stuff! We had to replace the pump this year, which was unexpected… but he solved a problem I had for a while. City Gas gave me a bit of break on the cost of the pump whig was helpful! I would reckoned City Gas.

Being a new customer to City Gas Company I can only give one review. Chris was the name of the technician...he was absolutely awesome! He was there to do my boiler cleaning & install a Stelrad radiator in my bathroom. The boiler cleaning was straight forward job for him; however, there were a few hiccups along the way with the rad install. All I can say is he WOWED me. He refuse to give up, he was determined, very diligent and got the install completed with a smile on his face. I will surely be calling on City Gas for my home comfort needs when it comes to competence, dedication & reassurance.

I am very pleased with the services of City Gas Company. They do my regular furnace maintenance and in the past they’ve done repairs on my tankless hot water system ( an older model). I found the service guys to be very conscientious and efficient. The fact that I’m still using them shows that they’ve been good because I tend not to stay with companies if I have any issues with them. I tend to think they’re a bit on the expensive side but it is Toronto. Having said that, If anybody asks me who does my furnace I always tell them City Gas, and that I haven’t had any problems.

I’ve found City Gas to be easy to work with. They show up on time, are polite, clean and friendly. They’ve done a good job with the regular boiler maintenance. As far as prices go we haven’t done much comparison shopping. However, last year they did do a boiler repair that ended up costing 50% higher than some quotes we got after. But overall I’m satisfied with their work.

When we had some issues during the ice storm these guy were quick in coming. Just took a few hours for them to arrive and take care of things, so I’d rate them fairly high. They’ve actually done quite a bit of work for us. They’ve installed a new furnace and new hot water heater and they did new ducting at a rental property. At our home they’ve serviced our heating and cooling systems as well. They seem pretty confident with their work. I guess the only thing is that I was surprised with the cost of things. It was a shock to learn how much per hour they charge, but I looked up some other companies and they’re basically in line with them. So I’d probably recommend these guys.

City Gas Company has been one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. I originally just found them on the internet, I saw that they were located not too far from me. So now they do annual maintenance for my furnace. They are great about always being prompt and jumping on a problem to get it fixed right away. I would very highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve had these guys do furnace repair and maintenance as well as hot water heater repair for me. They’re a bit expensive in my opinion. For example, when I was away on holiday they came to a rental property of mine and fixed a hot water heater. It ended up being $750 and they didn’t even call me beforehand to let me know about it. They just went ahead and fixed it. I could have bought a whole new hot water heater for that price. Anyway, I probably won’t do anymore business with them. I plan to get a contract with another company.

City Gas Company comes to clean the furnace and service it if needed. I’m generally happy with them. There’s nothing wrong with what they do. Although, they are usually a little aggressive when it comes to contacting you about a bill. But their work is good and I’d definitely still recommend them.
