Ben's Appliances

The salesman was very knowledgeable and showed us a few options and made recommendations based on our needs. When we got it home, we weren't impressed BUT, we told them what was happening. A technician came out to see and discovered the problem. They fixed it immediately at no charge. It runs better than ever. We've purchased several appliances from Ben's Maytag and been very happy with everything.

Our Maytag washing machine started leaking water from the front. After watching You tube videos I determined the bellow had to be replaced. Called Bens and they gave me a reasonable quote and offered to come and fix it Mar 27th. I agreed then a little while later one of their servicemen called to say he was not far away and had the part in his truck. he arrived about 15 minutes later, put in the new part and tested the machine in less than 20 minutes. I am impressed and there was no hidden charges. The price was exactly as quoted.

Fabulous service ! We have bought appliances at this location for close to 15 years without any problems , I just replaced our washing machine and stove in last 2 months .( at Ben's) today my dryer packed it in that all I needed to do is call them ,spoke to Russ and ordered a dryer to match the washing machine I just bought , no need to make a trip to the store as I knew I would get excellent service just making the purchase over the phone .Ben's appliances is our go to store ! Friendly honest staff, we would not shop anywhere else .

My fridge had stopped working and was not worth repairing so I contacted Ben's Maytag to buy a new Fridge. I needed one ASAP but they had to order it first as I wanted one that was not in the warehouse. I was very surprised and greatful when I was told that since I would be waiting about a week for delivery, a loaner fridge would be delivered at no charge to me and they would take away my old fridge. I have bought a few appliances from Ben's Maytag and will continue to as a new stove and dishwasher are in my future!

I have been buying appliances from Ben's for decades for my home and rental properties. Price has always been unbeatable. Initial service and the odd warranty job have been impeccable. Thanks to all the staff at Ben's. Ron Beaulieu

Sunday morning our washing machine died mid-cycle; Monday morning we arrived at Ben's Appliances (a return visit) after researching Maytag washing machines on-line. Our salesperson, Russ, was knowledgeable and arrangements were made to pick-up our new washing machine on Friday. On Wednesday, we received a follow-up call from Matt of Ben's enquiring whether or not they could drop off the washer instead as they were going to be in the area anyways. What a great and welcome surprise and of course, we said YES!! We would highly recommend Ben's Appliances a.k.a. The Maytag Store.

Super service from everyone!

Compared to prices quoted by other appliance companies in lower mainland, I got this cooktop about $400 less from Ben's Appliances! They delivered it to my home and did measurements of the existing cutout to make sure no additional cutting is needed. They offered to install it at a reasonable price, or, if I prefer, gave the option of installing it by myself. Because of the additional 1 year parts + labor warranty I get, I got them to install it. I am quite happy with their service as well as the installation and highly recommend them.

I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes. Russ showed me the best deal for the product I wanted and was able to order the color I request. The only down side was because of holidays and how busy they are I will not be able to get delivery till next year. But that's ok for the great and friendly service today.
