The oven door handle came loose so with the help of some YouTube videos, we got it off no problem. Ben's had the replacement in right away. Friendly, knowledgeable service.
I learned they sell refills of laundry detergent and dish soap and other kinds of soap! A win for the environment close to home!
We have gotten at least five different appliances from Ben's and have never been disappointed with the store or its service. Thank you!

Wash machine agitator “clunked at the end of left and right motions. It was a large nut that stabilized the drum had loosened up. Rectifying the problem, which was to tighten the nut (again) cost me $60.00 for a Service Call and an hours labour. The repair man advised he remembered being called to our house approximately 8 months to a year earlier for the same reason. The repair man was very friendly and polite but having said that, I would think that an earlier call to repair the same issue should have lasted more than a few months, or perhaps the earlier repair hadn’t completely addressed the problem the first time. It is hard to believe that i’ve Had to pay for 2 Service Calls and 2 hours of labour to really do nothing more than tighten a loose Nut.

Jamie phoned on time, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and explained the problem with my dishwasher, gave me an estimate of the cost of repair. I decided to buy a new one, from Ben's of course. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Can't ask for more!

First off it's nice to phone a company and have someone answer the phone rather than have to push a bunch of buttons and then end up having to leave a message anyway.

Service was awesome and dealing with staff in store and service and delivery staff go to great lengths to keep you happy.Russ and Kevin were extremely helpful.There was a small dent on side of Fridge when delivered and Kevin pointed it out, thank's to Russ for the bit of discount towards our final bill.

Went to one of the bigger appliance stores near my house and shopped around for 30 minutes. Not one person approached to offer help. Found a few dryers that looked good and phoned Ben’s. Matt helped me on the phone, answered all my questions, and ask a few of his own to get me to the right dryer. Because I had bought a washing machine from Ben’s before I had complete faith in them and bought the dryer over the phone. Kevin and his son delivered the next day, removed the old machine, installed the new one and gave me advice on using the various dryer settings. Have never had anything but excellent service from this company. Will go there again. Thanks you guys.

Russ was informative and very helpful during our phone conversation. The process was easy, the pricing was the best I could find online, and the experience was great compared to those I've had in the past.

Gave not taken delivery yet, but I trust Ben's Appliance based on past experience. Purchased washer & dryer in the past few years, was offered good advice and excellent service, including expert installation. I trust this experience will be positive as well.
