Markelangelo's

Had 4 estimates and Markelangelos was the cheapest. I usually do not take the lowest cost, but Mark was the only one to come out in person, talk to us and offer his 2 cents and recommendations.

His assistants were precise and courteous, their workers were very careful and the overall work tuned out great!

I'm sure other companies are good as well, but I am glad to have gone with Markelangelo's. Thanks Mark!

We had our roof re-shingled along with new roof vents. Mark explained the re-roofing process to us in detail and a few weeks before the installation he visited us with shingle samples so that we could choose the colour. The price was very fair for an excellent product, professional installation and a great warranty. The crew were polite and completed the work in 2 days during a heat wave with a minimum amount of disturbance. They performed a complete cleanup of the site after each day. Danny, the supervisor, kept us well informed during the project. An old satellite dish was removed and disposed of at no extra charge. We are very happy with the look of the roof. Another plus is that Markelangelo’s is Certified Green Roofer and separates the waste for recycling purposes.

We had a flawless experience with Markelangelo’s. The quote was provided and explained right after Mike first visited. We negotiated a bit, met in the middle and the - reduced due to COVID-19, crew started a few days later. They were friendly, professional and Danny and Steve answered any questions we had. The roof looks fantastic and we feel confident that there won’t be any issues for years to come. They left the property in a flawless state. Highly recommended.

Very competitive quote using identical materials listed on competitor's bid. Mark took the time to explain everything to us, answered a lot of questions. Dropped off colour sample boards and provided addresses of homes with shingle colours we were interested in.

The work crew was excellent. Very nice people and extremely efficient.

Full crew for 1 full day, smaller crew for part of the next day. Clean-up was very good and detailed. Danny (crew chief) was very diligent - kept in contact about progress and questions. Inspected work 2 days after completion and he made a few finishing touches.

A very upfront and honest company who provided a full white gloved service. Everyone we dealt with every step of the way way courteous, polite, and very enthusiastic about what they were doing. Our roof was in very poor condition and they wasted no time in getting it replaced in less than a month. Now we will sleep soundly the next time there is a heavy rainstorm!
