We hired Western Bathrooms & Liners to renovate our 1983 Master Bedroom Ensuite. From start to finish, we were thrilled with the work completed and the staff working the project. They compiled with Covid protocols in that masks were worn and were conscious of distancing. While sticking to the schedule, workers maintained their schedule. We appreciated various suggestions to improve the appearance-functionality of our room. Work was completed on time and budget and we are thrilled with our new bathroom.

Obviously, the cost of the renovation was higher than indicated, but we choose not to publish that information. We will say the cost was very competitive.

Best Reno experience ever! Right from the in home quote straight through the whole renovation of two bathrooms these guys are awesome. Lead contractor Tom was the best and his crew exceptional. I was included in all steps of the renovation decisions and with an older home came up against some annoying problems that were solved with some collaboration between us. They showed up everyday on time and worked efficiently and very clean. This company was also the only one in 5 companies l got quotes from that didn’t charge me a penny until the bathroom was finished. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone looking to renovate, l was so pleased with their work and the men who worked on my project

We had them do a complete Reno on our 40 year old bathroom and couldn't have been more pleased with our beautiful new bathroom! We chose one of the packages, and from the initial meeting, we always knew exactly what cost we were looking at, and the types of products used. Even when we requested something extra during construction, they gave us a price immediately. There were no surprises on final costs. The crew was efficient, professional and very organized, keeping our downtime to a minimum. Because all their tradespeople are staff, you're not waiting for sub-contractors, and everyone takes ownership of the work. Customer care after the job is terrific; the owner, Ron, is always available. And that is a good surprise we weren't expecting !

I live in an apartment building so the challenges are there when doing any renovation, Western Bathroom & Liners did a fantastic job and highly recommend. They were very neat and professional while completing the job and use high quality products. It was extremely easy setting up the date and they finished in a timely manner. Love my new bathroom !

Professional service throughout. They communicated very well. Showed up on time, were efficient and pleasant to deal with. Western Bathrooms renovated two bathrooms in our second home. We were so pleased with those that we asked them to do two in our primary residence. Our 30 year old main and en-suite bathrooms are fantastic. We had a problem with the grout in the en-suite and were so pleased that Ron went overboard to ensure that problem was rectified. Great results for reasonable price. We highly recommend Western Bathrooms!

The guys Western Bathrooms and Liners were very professional and did an outstanding job removing and replacing the old tab, vanity and toilet. New tiles came out beautiful. They left no mess behind.
