Supreme Lighting & Electric Supply Ltd

Was referred to Supreme through a friend and although it's a bit out of the way, was TOTALLY worth my trip. We live in a century home and wanted to find lighting that worked with both the historic elements and the more contemporary feel we were going for. After pouring over websites and combing big box stores, I found nothing. Everything was the same and either cheap looking or way overpriced. One trip to Supreme and I had the perfect lights. They listened carefully to what I said, looked at pictures I provided and knew the perfect thing to suggest. Even my contractor said that the perfect sparkly ceiling light in my walk in closet was the cherry on top of the reno -- and he had never seen it anywhere before. Thanks Supreme!

3 years ago I had a major reno done. While I am happy with the products themselves I am NOT impressed with some of the staff at Supreme. The exception is "James." If you are going to Supreme for lighting, be sure to see James. He listens & understands the look you are trying to achieve. I cannot say the same for any other staff I have dealt with there, if you can get someone to serve you! I paid too much but 3 years later I am still happy with my light fixtures. Get the contractors discount if you have a general contractor or electrician working with you. I didn't know that & overpaid.

Either they aren't familiar with the products they carry or they don't listen. Pushed what was in stock and not what we needed. We were told the fixture we wanted was not made by the supplier so that we would purchase what was in stock. Another salesperson pointed out that it is available from the supplier so that was not true. The owner treated us horribly and argued with us when we asked why it took repeated visits for someone to tell us we could simply order what we needed. I would not recommend this poor level of service and disrespect for customer needs to anyone. They are not interested in client satisfaction at all.
