The installation of the new furnace and air conditioning went extremely well. I would hire this firm again in an instant. The reps were helpful, polite and friendly. The guys came really prepared and they were careful not to bang the walls as they brought in and out large pieces. Given the narrow stairway, that was really impressive. They took away all the garbage and old parts and were finished by 3:30pm.

Kurtis Morris, the service technician was on time, very efficient, helpful, explained the process in detail and was very personable. He is a great representative of this company. Well done.

Since I worked at Union Gas (SW Ont Gas Distribution Company) my expectations are pretty high when it comes to any HVAC services being done in my home. We paid a little more for our system with Boehmers because we expected 1st class service and that is exactly what we got!
Rob and John were amazing ! They arrived on time, they were careful to wear their indoor booties and lay down mats to insure they didn't track in dirt as they moved in and out of the house, finished installing the furnace, AC, humidifier, air cleaner and t-stat quicker than we expected, and thoroughly explained all operating instructions before they left. Our job was a little more complex as well since they had to redirect all the Hi Eff venting as well. I would highly recommend Boehmers - and Rob and John in particular if you are looking for 1st class professional installation of a new heating/cooling system........Lillian - Kitchener

Alex and Curtis where very professional and knowlegeable when they installed my equipment. Answered all my questions and provided me with more information on our new furance. the installers where courteous and on time, cleaned up after themselves. i recommend Boehmers/Cronin Emery, as a great company to choose when you need a furance or repairs done right.
I would also like to add that when the salesperson came to my home (AL) did not push me into buying the furance. When the decision to purchase was final, we call Boehmers. We are very happy with the new furance and can't wait for summer to try out the A/C.

Wow.... who doesn't hate spending money on repairs home or anything else that won't amount in fun times. my wife and myself had a horrible time with another company regarding our Furnace breaking down and their estimated cost of their so called repair (1230.00) . My wife found Boehmers/Cronin Emery within our town "Cambridge" and we arranged for a second opinion. Jody who answered our call at Boehmers actually cared to take our call and spend the time it took to calm my wife down and provided top notch service, Jody provided a window of 2 hours of when her service Tech would be coming to address our Furnace issues. Mark pulled on to our driveway within the time outlined by his supporting staff. Mark is by far the most professional Service Tech I have had the pleasure to deal with. Mark was informative and walked me through the problem with my furnace. he took the time to explain why I was having the issues, and further advised why I would not be spending the 1,200.00 + dollars that the previous company informed would cost to fix my current unit. I am a hands on; handyman kinda of guy, I do almost everything in the house and with our cars on my own, so I am well aware when someone is misleading me or providing symptoms that are not logical. if you are having problems with your heating or AC I would strongly recommend Boehmers/Cronin Emery. Our second opinion cost us $95.00 and this is the first time I had a Great time spending that money rather then the 1200, we were advised of by the other company.

I was having some trouble with my furnace, I called in, and Jodie at the office was able to have a technician stop by and take a look at my issue. Mark was very prompt and was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes, and advised me of what my options were. He had the part I needed on his truck, and was able to make the repairs immediately, and was very efficient. I will be using this company for all of my heating and A/C needs from now on!!

Very dissatisfied with my appointment back in September. I asked for a late (6pm) appointment and was instructed that late appointments were perfectly fine so long as they were booked well in advance which I had done. I was called a few days later and asked if there was anyway I could make the appointment earlier, so I said 5:30pm and no earlier.

When I showed up at home, (on time for the record) the technician (M.Z.) had already been at my house 5 minutes before I arrived (by his own account as I questioned him on his arrival time) and my wife had let him enter our residence.

I found him at my furnace/ac then proceeded to ask what the status was to which he replied he already fixed the water leak, so I asked what he had done and he said he blew out the drain hose. I then told him that I did that immediately prior to booking the service appointment and he quickly corrected himself and said that he suctioned it then blew it out saying that suctioning then blowing is the procedure... fine. Whether true or not, and to his credit the water leak did stop.

However the entire time MZ was very short and obviously in a hurry to get out of my residence after spending only 5 minutes in my home. I think asked him to check my AC and Air Exchanger also to which he did (albeit reluctantly in my opinion). He was very short with his words and seemed to be getting impatient and it looked obvious he was determined to end his work day.

I was not happy that he proceeded without me first arriving home and before the time he was scheduled. Also not happy that I seemed to be more of an annoyance to him by asking him to check things that I had already informed the lady about when I booked the service call.

Totally thorough, checked ductwork, explained furnace filter replacement, and replacement of furnace & A/C, based on age, with possible rebates available. Would request Brandon for any future service requirements.

Brandon was back to Tune-up/check our furnace, after having installed our new AirConditioning unit, with Alex, on Aug. 18, 2016.
Once more, Brandon was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, not just about my home systems, but showed a general knowledge on a number of topics. A Quite impressive, all-around young man. I would recommend him, and his company to everyone for their prompt, courteous and knowledgeable work, and great personalities. (Waterloo, ON)

We have used Boehmers for quite a few years for service and maintenance and now for a new Furnace and AC. From service techs to sales to install our experience has been great. We had Rob and John look after us for the install and they did a fabulous job. Clean and tidy when all done. Very personable and professional.
