Russ was knowledgable, professional, efficient and extremely polite. When booking my appointment the staff was also very pleasant and professional.

Serviceman knew what to do, and did it. Then he sold me a service plan.

Decided on a Lennox HVAC system thru Costco and Boehmers/Cronin. The salesman Al was terrific and explained all the pricing and rebates. The installation techs(Jon and Alex) were first class. You can tell that they take pride in there work . The workmanship was fabulous.They answered all my questions after the installation and explained how to operate the system.I am totally satisfied with there work.

The worker was very nice and professional and arrived very quickly after our call to fix our air conditioner. We would highly reccomend this company to friends.

Three days in a heat wave with no AC! Only problem was having to go through the whole weekend until a call could arrive, but they said they were very busy. Nice to see Mark had a part onboard the truck and could replace it then and there. While he said the house would be cooled by evening (repair done by 2pm Monday) temp had only dropped from 28C to 26C by then. I think the plenum coil had iced up (was very cold to touch) from continuous running, so shut it off overnight and by morning it had dropped to desired setting (24C) at rate of 0.5C per hour or so from 26.

Russ was courteous and kept me informed. He explained the necesssary repair well. I would gladly welcome him in my home again.

Russ was very friendly and helpful. Our original service call and diagnosis with another person from the same company did not fix the problem, so Russ came back out free of charge to do a more thorough investigation. I'm impressed with their customer service and will call again if we have any more issues.

Russ did a thorough job, was prompt and courteous. He has always been friendly, and good about booking ahead for the next time.

Easy to book an appointment online, they called to confirm. AC and furnace are original units. Russ showed up on schedule and quickly identified the problem. Leaving nothing to chance he checked the entire system to make sure he was giving the proper recommendation.

Great service, friendly, knowledgeable and would definitely use again.
