Jack's Appliance Repair

Jack is a reliable, honest professional. He came out one day after we called him as the sensor cycles on our dryer were not working. After he found the sensor working, he solved a problem he had not seen before - the tilting of the dryer, especially with a light load, led to the dryer thinking the job was done with the clothes still wet. Jack was courteous and explained everything to us including his charge. We would recommend him to our friends without a doubt.

He came the next day as promised, identified the problem and the necessary part and came back the next day again as promised to complete the repair. Jack returned my call quickly and showed up at the appointed time. He was friendly and after asking a couple of questions had narrowed down the problem to 2 possibilities. He correctly diagnosed the main problem of a leaking screw in the water leveler ( manufacturer's fault) and also suggested correcting the forward tilt of my machine to get better performance. This was accomplished within 15 minutes and the dishwasher worked perfectly after that! I would call him again for appliance repairs.

I contacted Jack based purely on his Homestars positive reports. He arrived well in time for his appointment. He immediately recognized the problem with my dishwasher and changed the $8.50 part. He tightened the dishwasher door and showed us the defective part. His charge was very fair and reasonable. We found Dave to be friendly, knowledgeable and honest and would highly recommend him.
