Polar Windows

We had our windows replaced completely throughout our main floor. We had seen this company at the trade show and they talk a good talk and have plenty of nice demo pieces to show you. While I will give credit where it is due and say that they were fast and came when they were supposed to, I am not at all pleased with the job they did. We had to complain to get them to replace the shoddy frames they put in through our entire upstairs. They finally after much dickering agreed to replace our front room to the nicer quality frames we had been shown and had expected to have installed. Parts of the wall in one of the rooms are damaged and this whole undertaking left us with a plethora of work to finish. I would think for sixteen thousand dollars you could expect work that is done with pride.

Polar Ray of Max replaced all our windows and doors on our 2 storey home. The salesman was patient and was available to answer all our questions. The installation team was friendly an dexpedient causing as little distrubtion as possible.

Replaced West windows with tinted windows and the windows really cut out the summer heat. Love the screen system as spiders can't squeeze in around them. Window mechanism is very strong and have had no problems with them.

We had all our windows replaced in the house and the back door to triple pane glass. The work was done professional and quickly. We appreciated how they came in and evaluated everything and didn't waste time to finish the job. If we weren't happy with something they made sure to fix the problem right away. We love our new windows and are enjoying the money savings. Thanks Ray O Max and we would recommend to many others!

We just love our polar windows, they look great and they have helped to reduce the noise from the road in front of our house. We went with triple pane windows with crank outs. The quality is top notch and the price was very reasonable compared to other estimates we had for lesser quality products. They took our old windows away and even though one of the old windows broke as they took it out they didn't leave a single piece of glass behind. My only concern came when we had a home evaluation done and discovered that the windows leaked air where the windows meet the frame. We fixed this ourselves by siliconing around the windows on the interior and exterior and found that this fixed the problem. However, I believe this was more of a problem with our existing wood frames than how they installed the windows.

My picture window was leaking because of a renovation issue (not Ray-o-Max's fault), but they came out and were exceptional in diagnosing the problem and finding a temporary solution at no charge! They went above and beyond! I was very impressed with the company! I was very pleased that they actually found the cause of the problem. The windows were fabulous and the service was exceptional!

From sales to installation to follow-up service, we have nothing but praise for the company. The product is excellent (our house has been warmer this winter). Our first installation (a living room picture window) was replaced by the company because the gentlemen installing it detected a very slight flaw in the glass. My wife pointed it out to me but without that clue I would never have noticed it. Another installed bedroom window was frosting up and when we called to inquire about it, a trouble shooter came out and stayed until he had rectified the problem. We have been extremely satisfied with our experiences with the company and have no reservations about recommending them to others.

We had decided to do some renovating and wanted a bay window in the living room and a garden door in the dining room. After doing this with Ray-O-Max we decided to replace our front and back doors in the house a year or two later. We are very happy with the windows and service. They are expensive but well worth the money. Any problems we did have were all rectified within a reasonable time.
