My skylight started leaking, and I needed to have that addressed. Denis from Skylights Unlimited provided personal service, was very clear, did not try to oversell me, and he comes from experience. While I would have liked to have had the work done a little sooner, that reflects how popular the company is, as well as the ever-present concern for good weather conditions. They were able to accommodate me and get the job done. I am glad that I have a new quality skylight that will likely last and protect my home.

The entire experience with the Skylights Unlimited team was excellent! It began the moment I got in touch for a quote. Denis was professional, very knowlegeable and a great communicator. Once the skylights were ready the installation was scheduled quickly. The install team, Jimmy and Alex, were efficient and skilled. The house was left spotless and the new skylights are a huge improvement over the old energy inefficient ones that were replaced. Highly Recommended!

Denis and his team replaced two old skylights in our home. The skylights in question were 30yr old Velux. Denis walked us through our options for replacement because our model was no longer in production. He gave us different options for pricing, and added more guys to the job to get it done in a day instead of two.

His team arrived promptly, were very good with communication and were done ahead of schedule. It was a great experience all around and worth every penny.

Denis came and quoted the replacement of two old skylights and in the end, recommended that we only needed to change one of them which was welcome news that not every tradesperson would have the honesty to offer. The work was done so professionally -- there was no mess, they even taped together some old trim to make the job look more finished until we could get it property trimmed and finished. We connected with Dennis to solve for a dark hallway in our house. Dennis was punctual, professional and gave candid feedback without being pushy/salesy. Once we determined which path to go, the longest part of the process was waiting to be scheduled given we were in the middle of a busy season. Once scheduled, the crew came on time, were very professional, courteous and accommodating (with young children and cat underfoot). They took feedback well and were able to change course very quickly while still finishing on time (we increased scope to add 1 more sun tunnel in our washroom). Highly recommend them and in fact we will be using them to install one more sun tunnel to complete the our project (hopefully with a shorter wait time for installation!). Definitely recommend.
