Would highly recommend Loyal Seal. Excellent service from start to finish. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful and the installer was very efficient and had a great personality. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with.

We had a number of windows replaced that were wood, warping and deteriorating. The work done was professional, on time, clean and seem to be of high quality. The colour we had chosen for the outside matched our previous colours exactly. Would use them again.
The one thing not explained to us in the sales experience is that the replacement vinyl windows are smaller than the existing windows. The vinyl sides are wider and so you end up with about an inch less glass all around. Not a problem for us as we like the look.

Loyal seal did an amazing and efficient installation of my patio door. It was just one installers and he swiftly removed the old doors and efficiently installed the new doors. Amazing quality and very nice people.

The installation was great. Your crew showed up on time. They were polite and friendly. The job was done efficiently and quickly. The new door looks and works great. After the installation your crew cleaned everything up and took away the old door. I would definitely recommend your company and use you again.

I saw the advertisement for Loyal Seal in one of the local flyers. The office set me up with Dan. I was looking to have my front door replaced. Dan was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience with me.
I even changed my mind on the front door style and Dan had to come again a second time to assist us. Thanks to his expertise I decided to also replace my storm door. I am so glad I took his advice on a door with the multi point lock. I am looking forward to replacing some other doors down the line. The installation was flawless. Oleg came prepared and was ready to install both doors. He was very polite.

The workmanship is great; the gentleman who installed the windows cleaned up well. The Sales reps were friendly and professional. I had 2 windows installed at $1598.95. For a returning customer, I feel this price was too high. The windows should be energy efficient (I was given the choice between regular and energy efficient) but they do not have the energy star high efficiency label, so I am uncertain. Hopefully these windows will hold up to the Company's promise. Winter will tell. I still have more to do, so we'll see.

Right from the beginning from Sales Rep Jacob to Customer Service's Mary to measurement guy to the Installer Tod and Alex.. every person I dealt with from Royal Seal were skilled, professional, courteous and helpful. My experience has been very good with them especially with the lead Installer Tod as well as his support Alex.
I enjoyed dealing with them and would love to order again for further windows and doors replacement in the near future ...
