Hi Amber! Thanks for the review! I'm glad we impressed you. It's amazing how fast things can get done when you have a crew of 3 or 4 guys that know what they're doing. That new Vermeer machine of ours can slice through sod like butter with minimal damage. Undisturbed yards are what we strive for - and new this year we will not only seed problem areas, but we will re-sod areas that get damaged beyond repair. Also I checked my records because it seemed like $2000 is a bit low for a sprinkler system - your system cost $2457 - but rounded to the nearest thousandth and you're right :) Have a great day! -Alexander Body

Hi Trung. I'm terribly sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the service we provided. When I last left the property you seemed happy with the remediation work we did after your whole yard was re-landscaped and a pond/waterfall was added. Remember we met to discuss the significant scope change to the project - we converted the riser stakes to 12" pop-ups, re-zoned the west side and front of the property to allow for a drip system in the front, and retrofitted all the new heads with water-saver MP Rotator nozzles. Your waterfall turned out great and it sounds like all you want done now is an adjustment to a front yard rotor that we didn't install. Although it is beyond the scope of what we quoted you, we will gladly return to your property this spring for a complimentary startup. At that time we will adjust the front yard Hunter rotor sprinkler that is over spraying a bit into your neighbours yard. ** UPDATE (25/03/11) - Trung Luu agreed that if we come back, the situation will be resolved, and he will have a change of heart about Solid Sprinklers. -Alexander Body

Hi Micheline, thanks for the review! I'm glad we could service you so quickly - usually people have to 2-3 times as long before we can install their system. I agree, your backyard is massive, and definitely needed an irrigation system. It was sure fun going under the concrete swail to get to all your flower gardens :) Let me know if you want us back to install sprinklers for the small front patch of grass that doesn't get much sun. Thanks Patricia! I'm glad you chose to irrigate the boulevard grass - it's just not the same effect when your front yard is mint and the city grass is yellow.

I'm sure your backyard shrub and tree drip system has really helped them grow up healthy and gives you that extra privacy everyone likes on their backyard patio too.

Thanks Craig! Our service tech's are empowered through years of hands-on field training to complete repair work in a timely efficient manner. It's not uncommon that sprinkler heads are installed improperly - sometime they are installed by a homeowner or a contractor who clearly isn't experienced. It's also important to get head-to-head coverage, and I hope that was what our tech achieved for you. Cleanup is one of the most important tasks - we can never stress enough to our staff the importance of attention to detail. I'm glad you are satisfied with our irrigation services.
