A-1 installed our new furnace in March. Less than 4 days from quote to install. No pressure, just great information.The guys on the job were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Very happy with the team. Even city inspection was arranged so job was completed on the same day. Thanks guys

We had A-1 install our furnace and water tank. We have had them back 3 times and problem still is there. Curtis was very rude and we are now thinking of paying someone else to resolve this issue.

We had a furnace problem on the seasons first cold day. Curtis was able to arrange a shorter wait time for a technician. Justin was courteous, professional and did a great job fixing the furnace. Highly recommended.

I contacted A1 Heating regarding a problem with my air conditioner. Talked to Curtis who was extremely helpful, did some research on my particular air conditioning unit and CALLED ME BACK, referred me to his electrician who came out within hours to fix my problem. Both Curtis from A-1 and Kevin from Payneless Electric were so helpful. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

It was -30 and my furnace died. A-1 Heating are my heros right now- they were here immediately and totally saved the day. Not only did they fix my furnace, but they also provided me with a plan to maintain my furnace. Like many of us, I kind of ignored my furnace, until it wasn't working!! I now know how to take care of my furnace and avoid this situation in the future. I would highly recommend A-1 Heating!

Took much longer than expected,started with 2 men then ended up with 2 more coming to help. Man who programmed thermos stat wasn't sure how to work it. Put the piping in wrong so we ended up with no heat on a -26 night, another tech had to come fix it. Installers were polite just not knowledgable.

My furnance wasn't working one morning so I called A1 Heating and within 2 hours they were in my basement fixing the issue. They were extremely knowledgable and did a great job! Thanks A1!!!

My furnace was repaired in a very reasonable time and the part was the correct one. I am quite satisfied that the work that was complete and professional, as well as courteous.
