Glenmore Doors Services were a pleasure to deal with, from the initial visit to their facility, their salesman Norm, owners visit to view site, to their installer Josh, it has been a pleasure doing business with them. The Garaga Doors are first rate ( they look , feel and sound of quality with no more air gaps around the doors!!) along with the Lift Master openers, all installed and set up professionally! As for installer Josh is one skilled trades person that has the tools and takes pride in his work, accolades to Josh!

Six companies wanted to do this job and I chose Glenmore based on price, reviews and that the door was made in Alberta. I highly recommended Glenmore for Calgary area garage door replacement.

Our old garage door opener started smoking on Sunday. It was more than 21 years old and the sticker on the side was for Glenmore Door Services.
Called them on Monday morning and Norm was really helpful. Answered all my questions and recommended a replacement. Booked the work for Thursday and Rod, their installer was on time, friendly and professional. Work took less than an hour. Walked me through how to program the new unit and all of its features. A pleasure to do business with these guys.

The service was incredibly quick to come out, estimate and install. The price is very competitive, the crew sent was professional and efficient. I highly recommend Glenmore Door Services for any overhead door needs you may have.

I contacted Glenmore Doors as they were the company that supplied / installed the overhead garage door system on my 3 year old home. I had a component fail that they helped me troubleshoot and then helped me with a warranty / defect issue! Great service!

Disappointed with the quality of work, and more disappointed with their customer service. When I pointed out the deficiencies in the repair work, the manager himself started blaming me that I chose a cheaper option, I should have replaced the entire door that was not communicated before installation. Their quote was two times higher than the market price but I still chose them because they installed this door in 2018, and I thought they will fix it seamlessly. They proved me wrong.

On a Saturday afternoon, and headed into one of the coldest weather weeks of the year, the torsion spring on our Garage Door failed. I tried homestars for quote options and received a reply within 15 minutes on a weekend From Glenmore Door Services and one other vendor they were interested in doing the work. They were able to squeeze us in on Monday to change out both Torsion Springs. My recommendation is if you change one you should change the other. The technician who showed up was Polite and efficient. He had us back and operational in no time with door and the job was completed as quoted and agreed upon for Scope of Work. Very happy and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Friday afternoon my garage door spring broke. During a call to Glenmore Overhead Door Services I was given much helpful information about overhead door servicing and history of this family owned and operated, company. I was fortunate to have the door repaired Friday afternoon when other reputable companies couldn't fix it until Monday afternoon which would have left me with no car over the weekend. A misunderstanding of the springs required meant the quote given was considerably less than what was required. The company honoured the original quote for which I am very appreciative. They did indeed prove themselves to be a reliable and ethical company.
