North Shore Home Services is the company that did the gutters. They cleaned them all out and fixed a few leaks. I trust them because they are insured and listed in the BBB. Their prices are very reasonable. Their work and their workers are very professional.They also guarantee all of their work. It is also a company that has worked in the lower mainland for many years and has a good reputation.

North Shore Home Services Ltd is the best company I have ever used for washing windows in and out. They continue to do an excellent job with crystal clear, streak free windows. It is too hard for me to do this work anymore and so appreciate that they are professional, prompt and their cost is very reasonable. They also guarantee the work which makes me secure about the job even though I have never had to call them back.

I came across north shore home service on line when we were in need of some new gutters on our house. I was very impressed with there follow up time, and there professional staff. From there admin staff who organized people to come on site next day to get come and have a look, there very quick turn around time with tthe quote, and better yet how fast they came in to get them installed. getting everything done and installed with North Shore has been so easy and they were so helpful with someone like me how had no experience with this sort of stuff. I would defiantly use them and recommend them to anyone I know.

We were looking into replacing gutters to complete the massive list of renovations we had slated for this year and ended up looking to the Internet to help us find that company. Price is always a concern, but not the only one when you undergo major renovations and especially when you have multiple major jobs taking place the same year. We wanted to find a company that cared enough to listen to our concerns before offering up solutions to address them. In the end we chose North Shore Home Services after going through the process with three other companies due to the personalized service, solid product offering and helpful suggestions to our situation.

Troy came out to meet us after providing a quick over the phone quote to show us a set of options that addressed our concerns. We met at a scheduled time and he was able to provide physical samples of the product and allowed us to adjust items to suit our house and needs. We knew we would have a slightly more complicated job for Troy and Renee, but they were helpful all through the process. When the job was finally done, we could not have been happier with all of the staff from North Shore. In fact, our neighbours have already been asking for information to contact them already!

When I was still living in North Vancouver, my gutter were too old and needed a replacement, then my neighbour recommended North Shore Home Services Ltd to me. And i was very impressed by the work done by them, as a crew, they were very efficent, professional, and made some knowledgeable suggestions on how to take good care of our gutters. As I was a laymen, I asked lots of questions before their taking on the project of installation, while they were very patient to explain in details, i appreciated them for giving me valuable advice and recommendations. The project was done in one day, including cleaning up the surrounding premises after that, I was very satisfied with the result. Money well spent, no regrets. I was happy with their on-time on-budget service I would recommend it to someone who need a gutter replacement services.

I had new gutters installed 2 years ago with a mesh. Everything seems to be ok until this year. I started noticing rusted screws on gutters and dropping water from gutters' ends. I paid extra for the mesh so I do not have to go on the roof but this year I happened to go on the roof and I spotted 2 gutter's corners not covered with a mesh. I have followed up with the company; they made me fill a request form which I did, but after 2 follow ups I did.. nothing. I am seriously considering to file a complain at BBB.

Our home was desperately in need of a new roof, and gutters. Additionally, the home came with horrible, metal cladding over the fascia. NS Home Services was contacted to remove old metal cladding & paint. Then install new gutters & down-spouts.
From the first contact with NS's estimator, discussions & scheduling with Rene at the office and interacting with the installers. Each step was performed professionally & the follow-up appreciated. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at NS Home Services from start to finish. Will highly recommend NS Honme Services without hesitation!

I have used this company a few times and each time they impress me with their good work. They move flower pots for me and I appreciate that because I am a senior.

The windows are like they are not there when they are finished, as they are so clean you can see no streaks and they clean up all their supplies, answer any questions I have and put all my pots and other gardening tools right back where I keep them.

They are very reliable, reasonable in their pricing and always very pleasant. I will be using them again.
