I am a first time home builder who had a specific vision for our 3800 sqft dream home. Even with that specific vision, Josh at DRaW design found several areas to improve on the design and over the process significantly change the plans for the better. We were very happy with the final product and only wish it took a bit less time to get there but that's the cost of ironing out all of the details. Much better to do on paper than in the field.

We came to Josh at Draw Designs with only a vague envision of the dream home we were looking to build. We had asked Josh to be as creative as possible when considering the ultra modern 12000 sq ft Estate home we dreamed of. From the initial hand sketched conceptual renderings, we knew we had the right person working on our project. Josh and his team at Draw Designs were always more than willing to help even on short notice in order to meet our demanding timelines. It has been a pleasure working with such a creative group. After carefully interviewing several high profile architects, we felt Draw Designs would be able to handle the job and provide the value we were looking for. Simply put, the value and creativity provided by Draw Designs is second to none and I would not hesitate to rank them right up there with some of the most regarded architects in Edmonton.

DRAW does all of our drafting and their work is excellent. They are always easy to get a hold of and they communicate well. The timing of projects depends on their work load but they are really good at updating us so that we can adjust our expectations and priorities.

I had some original sketches for my uncle’s cabin in B.C and Josh from DRAW worked from them and tweaked the design. The plans turned out great and Josh was excellent. He even gave us some good advice for exterior finishes.

I designed a house and DRAW did our working plans. I’m in construction so I know it’s cheaper to make changes on the plans and we ended up making 14 revisions. Josh was good in his dealings with us and all the finicky little things we wanted. They did an excellent job and I liked that they were a smaller firm because they really paid attention to our needs. We were more than satisfied and would highly recommend Draw Designs to anyone.

Our blueprints are drawn and revised by DRAW and they’re fantastic. They’ve been servicing the home building company I work with for years and I don’t have a single negative thing to say about them.

My last two personal custom houses were drawn by DRAW and they are outstanding. The designs are beautiful and have gotten a lot of compliments from people in the industry. On the second build we had actually hired an architect to start the process and found it difficult and frustrating. Eventually, we just rehired DRAW to come in and finish and they did a great job wrapping it up for us.
