Royal Plumbing Services

I hired this company based on recommendations from our neighborhood Facebook page, but never again and I will be warning my neighbours as well. I needed my toilet to be repaired because it was moving around a bit as one of the screws had become loose. George came around the time we had discussed and looked at the issue and said it would be $230 to fix it. I gave the ok and he proceeded. A few minutes later he calls and shows me the flange was broken and needed to be replaced and it would cost a "bit more.. Not too much". I again agreed and left him downstairs to tend to my newborn. About 1.5 hours later (he was at my place for less than 2 hours in total), he called me downstairs and said he was finished and presented me a $430 bill! I was shocked and asked him it was supposed to be $230? He said it took more time as he had to replace the part etc etc. I was very disappointed. At that point I had no choice but to pay this ridiculously high bill for which I never agreed. When I look at the bill, the only part listed on the bill as being replaced is the flange.. A $10-$30 part according to google. He also listed cleaning on the bill.. Never mind the fact there was still wax on the floor in certain areas and he also scratched the toilet seat cover with his tools.

We hired George to replace and relocate 2 radiators in our home. The price was reasonable and overall he was easy to work with, he was able to accommodate our schedule and was very responsive to our texts. We would definitely hire him again.

The other day the sink in my kitchen was plugged and I needed a plumber immediately. I searched online for a plumber and Royal Plumbing Services, a local company, came up. They told me it would be one hour until a plumber could get there to access the situation. The plumbers’ names were Geroge and Mark. They said it would be easy to fix which put me more at ease. Geroge put a sheet on the floor, removed part of the pipe and took out a machine and “snaked” the rest of the pipe for me. He was done in about 20 minutes to my surprise. Both of them cleaned up and I was grateful that they were so quick and honest. I would highly recommend Royal Plumbing Services to anyone who wants great service for a fair price.

Kitchen pipe plugged
My mother asked me to call a plumber because our kitchen was plugged. Did some small research and found Royal Plumbing Services. Plumber George came out and explained he would just snake pipe and it would be fine. NO Worries !
George came inside the house with helper Mark and laid out tarps outside my kitchen cabinets. WOW ! What is going on I'm thinking. George took his time to walk us through the process and it was completed in less then 30 minutes. Both guys cleaned up and MOM was super Happy ! She could cook again. Thanks again George and Mark for the great job. Appreciate the seniors discount you guys gave my Mom also. Thanks. I would highly recommend Royal Plumbing.

After my hot water tank bee up... Called royal plumbing services. Mitch called me back promptly when others didn't. Gave them the job... It was done quickly and professionally.

Kitchen sink plugged !
I searched out few plumbing companies and decided to call Royal Plumbing... Happy we did because they were fair and fast responding to our plugged kitchen sink. George arrived at our home and explained he would have to remove pipe under sink to use snake machine. He cleared out cabinet goodies and started to use a small snake machine. In 15 minutes he was done and cleaning up. He was cortious and super knowladgle. I will definately call Royal again on future plumbing issues.
