My washer was making a terrible noise and wouldn't drain or spin. I called him and he listened to the noise over the phone and knew what it was. He came right over and had the job done in 30 min. Great fast service.

Me and my husband had just moved into our new house and after a few uses - our stove stopped working. It seems to be a high tech. stove. We Google searched for an appliance repairman and found ATA Appliances. A repairman came out right way which was nice.

He looked everything over, said he could fix it then, needed to order a part and quoted us roughly $300. The part came in and he came back to install it. The same repairman came back to install the part and after a few hours of trying he figured out it was the wrong part. He then said he would have to order another one and left. He called us shortly after he left to say he wouldn't be able to repair it & asked for payment for his time spent troubleshooting.

We appreciated that he was honest in saying he couldn't fix it & understand that he needs to make a living. However, now we're out of pocket $65 for someone to tell us they cant help us and now need to find someone else to do the work. I would imagine that with older appliances ATA would be a good help.

The washing machine (Maytag Performa) in my 3-unit rental property went on the fritz and I called ATA. They were on-site the very next day, diagnosed the problem and repaired the machine immediately. Clean, polite & professional. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be calling them should the need arise in the future. I have also recommended them to my numerous clients without hesitation. A pleasure to deal with!

We let him hear the noise over the phone, it was a quick diagnosis. He was over the next day on time for appointment, with the correct parts and had are washer fixed in 35 min. Cost was reasonable, service was friendly. we would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Came out to Cochrane the same day I called, fixed in half hour. Charged me only a small labour charge because we pulled out the washer for him, and made sure there was a clear work area. I had called a couple other places, none fixed LG's. I was very happy to read the previous reviews on this site, with some who had the same problem as ours. No more drum half full of water, and wringing out an entire load of jeans! Thank you very much for the excellent service. My only small concern was he didn't take his shoes off when coming in my house. Snowy day and I didn't want tracks on my carpet. There weren't any, but I would have liked his shoes off in my home.

Very pleased with the service!!! Called yesterday and scheduled a same day appt. He arrived promptly, assessed the problem and explained we would need a new heat sensor for our Bosch dishwasher. He returned the next day with the new part and completed the job. He clearly didn't over charge for the part - we checked the price with Bosch and they would have charged the same. We appreciated the professionalism Would definitely recommend>

I have used Ata for repairs on my stove, fridge and dishwasher over the last few years. I have been very satisfied with all the repairs and have had no subsequent issues after the repairs are completed. Ata always comes as soon as possible and has always come prepared with the correct parts. He tells you the price upfront and is very professional and polite. I will continue to use Ata for any future repairs and would recommend him.

A refrigerator in a rental house of mine stopped working on a Friday evening. At 7PM I called 2 of the top rated companies on homestars.com and left messages. Then I called ATA Appliance Services and got ahold of them! Technician said he would be there in 1 hour and he was. Less than 1 hour later he had the fridge fixed! There were no extra costs for emergency service either! I was extremely pleased with the quick service, the price and definitely wasn't expecting the fridge to be fixed in less than 2 hours after calling on a Friday evening. Don't hesitate to call ATA first when you need someone right away!

After contacting LG to get our washing machine serviced and being told that it would be two weeks before they could arrive for a service call, I started to look for other options. I contacted numerous appliance repair companies and was told either they don't service LG appliances or it would be close to two weeks before they could schedule us in. I then went and searched the internet for other options and came across this review site. Because of the excellent reviews that ATA had, I contacted them. Atta answered the call and said he could come by in the afternoon. He arrived within four hours of me calling and had our machine repaired in under an hour by replacing the drain motor pump. He was very courteous and the bill was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for your appliance repairs!

We called ATA on a Saturday. Within hours he was here, and replaced the pump on our washer, after finishing an anniversary meal with his family. What was amazing was that he had the pump in stock, because they are hard to get from LG !! He is a very professional individual, and does not charge unreasonable ages. We definitely recommend ATA and will be giving him our business in the future as well.
