I had 6 brand new windows installed in my 51 year old house by three very professional and courteous workers. When I got a call to say that my windows were ready for installation, I was told that the workers would be at my house between 8:30 and 10 a.m. They were here at 9 and started work at 9:30. They were very punctual. I would recommend Award Windows to anyone! They did a wonderful job!

We were very pleased to have award windows & Doors install our beautiful new front door.Corey was very pleasant and informative to deal with helping us choose our new door.Tom & Paul installed our door taking care to cover our ceramic tyles for protection and cleaning up any left over debris as they went along.They really take pride in their work and the cost was very reasonable.We highly recomend Award windows!Also they arive at the time they say they will.

I hired Award Windows to install our front and back doors this year. They were a pleasure to deal with and we are thrilled with our new doors! We will definitely be calling them back when we are ready to do our windows! A. James

In spring 2013 I purchased a nearly 100 year rental home near McMaster University and the exterior doors and windows were in brutal shape to say the least. I obtained several quotes and Award came in thousands less than the next closes company. I am an engineer myself and researched the quality of each companies products and found them to be equal if not better, and to have a superior price. The installers did a fantastic job and left the place spotless. I would recommend Award to anyone looking for new windows and/or doors.

From the time I received my quote to the end of the installation I was very impressed with Award Windows. The team arrived promptly and immediately got to work. I was referred to Award Windows through a friend. They replaced approx 10 windows in my house. They were able to work within my budget which was great. My windows look fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had 14 premium 3 pane windows and front entrance door installed in late August 2012. The estimate process was clear and concise and exactly as quoted. The proposed date of installation was also on time. On the date of installation my 14 old windows were removed and disposed of. The new windows were installed, after the old ones were removed. Like clockwork, another finisher worker began capping the outside of the window , as the other installer finished insulating around the window. About halfway through the installation process, I had a representative of the company came to my home and asked me if I was happy with the results so far. I was impressed with that and happy that there are great trustworthy contractors still out there. I paid in advance, because I had to return to my work, even before I had a chance to inspect the completion of the installation, because I trusted the company with what I had seen at this point and was told by the rep if I had any problems I would be looked after. When I returned from work and completely inspected all the installation, I noticed a piece of siding was loosened and noticeable. I indicated that to the installer and he sent a crew member to fix it asap, wow. Now that is service. I highly recommend Award Windows for your window or door needs. The installation was done in one day, 14 windows removed, installed and front entrance door, all windows and door capped. The experience was without stress, and isn't that what we want, with a fair price. Keep up the great work Award Windows !!!

Their punctuality was excellent and quality of work was beyond superb the recommendation for future work was great, i love that they can work with the customer on whatever you need. I have been a long time customer with great experience with award windows. They clean after themselves without a doubt not leaving one mark. This is not my first time using award windows i first used them in 2007 after doing my first floor windows since i have a old home they gave me a great estimate that suited to my needs they were prompt to come and do their job. For anyone who is having problems with finding a window for their home they offer custom made as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone.
