Very friendly company, offered us a discount by combining job with similar one for neighbour. Took less than half an hour to remove tree and clean up thoroughly, including the street.Highly recommend.

Fantastic clean up job when the tree was removed in February and equally great job cleaning when stump grind occurred. This tree was probably over 60 feet tall! All employees were courteous and friendly. We were so impressed with their professionalism and so were our neighbors. We highly recommend them. Tree staff is competent and efficient. However, they seemed too concerned with how quickly they could be done with the job and move on to the next. They finished in record time but left some long stumps and large branches which would require further cutting in order to be moved. Left without asking me to review the job. Another few minutes of time spent would have got them a higher rating. Calculated on an hourly basis, including 30 min travel, the work cost about $130 per man-hour

This firm did a fantastic job of taking down a large oak tree in our yard. They arrived on the agreed day. Their skilled and friendly crew completed the job in 3 hours, cut all the wood into stove length for me, and cleaned everything up nicely. They have excellent equipment and great staff.

This company did a great job. It was a major trimming job but the shape of the tree is very pleasing even after removing some big limbs. The only sign they had done the job were a few bits of sawdust on the grass.

When we contacted them they were very helpful both on the phone, and in person. The arborist arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. We arranged to have trees removed and the stumps ground. The people that came to do the work arrived on time, very nice, answered all our questions and cleaned up perfectly after they were done. Would recommend to friends and will use them again in the future.

Our front yard tree needed a severe trimming. After two other quotes where the arborists incorrectly identified the tree variety, the arborist from Manotick Tree Movers immediately knew the tree variety and took our order. Both he and the crew who did the work were extremely professional and courteous!

We have an amor maple tree that was damaged during a storm and has been dying ever since then. After searching for tree service companies, we decided to contact Manotick Tree based on good BBB ratings and from what we saw on their web site. Someone came to look at the tree and provide an estimate the day after I contacted their office. Unfortunately, nobody from Manotick Tree followed up with us for two months after we obtained the estimate, so we had to call them again in order to book the date for the work. This time, we were able to have the work done the following week. The work crew arrived in the afternoon, as promised. The men were both very friendly and were happy to answer any questions that I had. They made quick work of cutting down and chipping the tree as well as a good site clean up. Despite the disappointment with scheduling the work, we are quite satisfied with the work. The price that they quoted us was extremely competitive compared with the other companies that we contacted. We would recommend Manotick Tree to others looking for tree removal work, as long as they aren't in too much of a rush.
