Mermaid Pools And Hot Tubs

Just wanted to thank mermaid pools for their ongoing support for our salt water pool! From the sale and installation 8 years ago, to the follow up maintenance and service today, we have been well taken care of. Our cottage in the city is delightful. Thanks!

Our pool liner was just replaced on Friday. We dealt with Dominique at Mermaid Pools and she was really helpful. The crew that installed the liner (Roland and his team) were awesome. There were four people in all, and they were very efficient and it did not take any time at all. They also cleaned up the site when they were finished. Very pleased with the installation and I would definitely recommend them!

Wow! I was blown away by the customer service at Mermaid Pools. We were shopping around to get a pool. When I called Mermaid, Roxanne answered the phone, the service we got over the phone was amazing. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, that we decided to go with them. We Just bought a new hot tub from mermaid, and we love it. This is our second hot tub from mermaid and if we ever need another one I will go right back to them. rob was great is sales and when phil came out to get us up and running was great quick and really knew his stuff inside and out.

I just wanted to send an e-mail message to thank you and the installation crew who installed our new liner yesterday. The installers were polite and efficient and it was easy to see that they really knew what they were doing. We have had our pool now for 28 years and have dealt with Mermaid all that time with complete satisfaction. The pool is still in great condition and with the new liner, it looks brand new ! We are looking forward to many happy hours in the pool this summer, especially if the sun will cooperate and shine down on us !

We had a good experience with Mermaid so far. Our salesman, Rob, was a very nice guy and answered all of our questions. They called us back each time we tried to reach them and maintained professionalism throughout the sale. They even gave my kids freezies as they had to wait for such a long time for the paperwork. This was overall a good experience for us.
