I was faced with clearing out my mothers house, which was old, and in serious need of work. As I really did not know where to start I sought advice and was referred to Phil at HSA by a knowledgeable friend. Phil was very good to deal with, and his office was very responsive. I find it convenient that I can do much of my business with his office using email.

HSA has a wide variety of subcontractors available, and Phil kept it all coordinated. We were very satisfied with the results, and had no problem selling the house afterwords.

We then hired Phil for our own kitchen renovation, and am continuing to work with him on our own house. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a general contractor, or handyman

My wife and I hired HSA to complete our dream basement! Leanne in the office was very friendly and helpful coordinating our initial meeting with the manager Lou. Lou helped with ideas and layouts with the basement and listened to all of our ideas! He was quite helpful and informative about the whole process. We had a custom bar and shelving built by their cabinet maker, installed a 3 piece bathroom with heated flooring, lots of pot lights and had all the wiring done during the building process for our surround sound system. The end result was exactly what we had envisioned and more! We love spending time in our new family room area and would highly recommend HSA to anyone who wants quality work done!

Hsa has been resposible for home maintenance in my home for 10 years. new decks, windows,landscaping. They took full responsibility and managed a very major first floor reno...walls down,flooring, and kitchen, entrance and office space.From tear down to rebuild the carpenters, plumbers,electricians,were professional and reliable...to quote Mike Holmes..they cared. The workmanship was excellent and the relationship with the HSA manager exceptional.The next year I had the confidence in these people to leave a basement reno and update and bathroom rebuild to them to manage and complete while I was out of the country and able to return with no mess and complete satisfaction. When I refer friends to HSA I always mention that with an office staff, you are able to reach these people with predictability and reliably. Integrity is important to me as the customer and I know I have found a company that has built and sustained itself for over 15 years on this same set of principles.

After getting 3 quotes to get our basement finished we chose HSA because Lou was on time to do the quote and sent me the quote when he said he would. If they were on time right from the start I thought they were more likely to be on time to do the job. And they were. Everyone who come into our house was great. They worked hard and did a good job. And when they were done and cleaned up we were left with exactly what we were promised. A great family room.

I have been calling HSA for several years whenever I need home repairs or renovations. They have a complete team of contractors who all do a great job at a fair price. I have used their services for plumbing, electrical, painting and appliance repair. Recently we had an emergency plumbing situation. They responded immediately, and as a result there was minimal damage. The quality of work was outstanding and when the job was done, they left a clean attractive finish. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

They have several contractors they pre screen. They provide a warranty. When I had trouble with my roofers they mediated and helped me get resolution. I paid HSA and they paid the roofers. They make money from the roofing company so it's an excellent service.
