George was great. He was knowledge able and very helpful in many ways.
Upon arrival for a quote he pointed out all the problems with the air condition installation done by another company.
He encouraged me to take action and contact them to rectify their mistakes. They didn't perform up to code with their installation and I wouldn't have know otherwise.
We hired his company for the air vents. He was obliviously competent, honest and very knowledgeable with all the bylaws of hvac installation.
Once his crew started work George came by and checked the work or made modifications if needed.
I wished I had hired this company to install our air conditioner. I totally recommend them.

The whole exercise from sales to installation to follow up was excellent. Cy gave great advice on the proper unit and the install guys were here the next morning to confirm logistics and instal timing. This was a difficult job and the guys did not leave until 10.30 that night, having started at 9am. Great work! Thanks.

I did a bit of research and requested a few quotes before choosing to go with Spring Home Heating and Cooling and I can now say I made the right choice. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, took care of the floors, and the overall job looks professionally done. They left the working area very clean, made sure the new furnace works well and that I understand how it operates. I was not happy with the furnace company I had been using for many years so I went to Home Stars to find another. I called Spring Home to make an appointment and the technician arrived right on time and professionally completed the maintenance. I will certainly look to Spring Home Heating when the time comes to replace my old furnace.

After reviewing several options we met with Cy, he professionally presented the products and options available, we decided to go with them and what a great decision!. The installers came on time, they explained what they were be doing and did an excellent job, everything was clean after they left. After meeting with 2 other dealers, we decided to hire Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc. for our HVAC upgrades. We met with Mr. Cy Goh and found his presentation & proposal to be professional & honest. His advice and solution for concerns we had over the furnace installation was in our best interest. The technicians arrived as scheduled and worked late into the evening to complete a very challenging job. Tiger and his team were tidy and very respectful in our home. I would recommend Spring Home to all as they are customer service driven as well as accountable.

Cy started with a convenient visit to show us some options and discuss the results of the options in both price and benefits. When we decided to go ahead we were able to arrange everything by phone. Wilson and Tiger came with our new furnace, were very conscientious about cleanliness and did more than a great job. Definitely exceeded expectations with their installation and clean up. I'd certainly recommend Spring to a friend!

We decided to change our air conditioner in conjunction with some other work we were doing on our deck. We called Spring Home for an estimate. Cy was so polite, informed and accommodating that we decided to have them do the work. Cy provided options, rationale and other insights that were very helpful in ensuring we made a good choice. We were able to select an energy efficient unit within our price range that came with a rebate so we were very pleased.
We were coordinating with another contractor who was making repairs and had to juggle schedules to ensure that the timing of the air conditioner installation worked for everyone. The Spring Home team was very patient and professional – able to accommodate the install in a rather awkward space. They also explained all we needed to know about maintenance and upkeep. We received the paperwork for claiming the rebate very quickly and anticipate all will go smoothly.

We knew we'd be replacing the A/C at our house a few years after we moved in. It was pretty old, and when we had a maintenance check, the tech thought it was around 15 years old. We hadn't planned on replacing the furnace as we were told by our home inspector that it was only a couple of years old when we moved in (based on the installation sticker). Anyway, Cy came to our house and took a look at both. He asked us how long we planned to live in the house because depending on whether we were going to stay for a long period, it might be worth it to replace both. He spent an hour with us going over our options and explaining the different systems. Because there was both a government and manufacturers' rebate, as well, we decided to take the plunge and replace both. We're so glad we did! When Tiger and Randy came to do the installation a week later, it turned out the furnace was a used one and whoever installed it had removed the safety valve on it--if the furnace got too hot, it would continue to get hot until it started a fire. Once we learned this, we were extremely glad we'd decided to replace it! Spring Home did a fabulous job and spent the whole day at the house replacing pipes, vents, and the furnace and A/C. We got a new concrete pad for the A/C, and it's so much cleaner and quieter than our old system. After Spring Home left, we weren't actually sure the furnace was working it was so quiet until we stood over the floor vents! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cy and his team--they were all extremely courtesy, experienced, and always punctual. Cy has contacted us a couple of times since the install to make sure everything's okay and that we're happy with it.
