Called Cy who came and provided me a quote immediately. It was the american standard furnace and air conditioner. he explained all the rebates I would receive and the after price. They came and removed my old furnace and air conditioner and cleaned up rapidly. They also helped me to install a gas line to backyard bbq.

It was a simple yearly maintenance, but I was very pleased with the service. They were on time, explained what they were doing. I thought I needed a new flame sensor, but they explained why that was not required, and what tests they ran to confirm that.
I was also really impressed when I booked the service. I phoned the number listed in Homestars, but it went through to someone in the field (owner or technician, I wasn't sure). I found the right number later, but I was impressed when the person in the field took the time to call me back and make sure I got through to the right people. Very courteous.

George is great! I agree with all the other reviewers, he sent a service technician out on one of the coldest nights to repair a faulty furnance. I am so happy to have found this company: trustworthy, reliable, and efficient. Fast service and great quality.

Our furnace stopped producing heat on a cold Sunday night! Called three companies, this was the cheapest for a diagnosis. They were prompt with scheduling, and were able to come in earlier than expected to fix the problem. I had Kevin and Randy come in to do the repair, and they were both very courteous and did the job quick! Thanks!

Spring Home installed a ductless, Mitsubishi heat pump/AC system in our semi, and our home comfort has improved dramatically. We were very happy with Spring Home’s work. Their sales advice was helpful, not pushy. Their installation crew was clean and professional. Their follow-up has been diligent. Overall, we highly recommend this company. As for the Mitsubishi system, it is performing very well. Our home is a 1500 square foot, open-concept Victorian, previously heated with electric baseboard and a wood stove. Heat distribution throughout the house is now much better, and the temperature is very consistent. Humidity levels are more comfortable, and our electrical use is down significantly. Amazing technology.

We planned to replace our furnace and AC unit for a while, and it was not easy to find the right company. Fortunately, we found spring home from the homestars website with the high rating. We called. We were on the market for a new furnace and A/C unit for quite some time, so we had time to shop around. We had several appointments with various companies, but we decided to hire Spring Home to do the job because we were impressed with them.

In the day of the installation, the team of two technicians showed up as scheduled, did a very good job with the installation. They worked until everything was ready; they were very organized and cleaned up after the work was done.

My furnace broke down at christmas and i was going through homestars to see which of the top rated heating companies will come to save me. After calling about 3 companies, non of them wanted to come the same day so i had to keep on looking. I came across Spring Home and they were happy to come by the same day. When the technician came he informed me that they need to replace something inside which is going to cost about $600. He also informed me that the previous house owner installed the cheapest furnace that he could find and it made sense because the furnace that broke down was about 5 years old and was also suppose to be high efficiency. My option was to fix the cheap furnace for $600 and hope it will last some more time or get a top of the line Lennox for $3000 minus a $250 manufacture rebate. We decided to go for it and they came the next morning to install it, i was so happy i didn't have to wait any longer. When it was all done, boy what a surprise, the new Lennox was so much better. It heated the house in a very short period of time and stayed hot consistently, was very quiet (i couldn't even tell when it was on and when it was off) and the house just feels alot warmer than before. I was so happy i picked these guys, very helpful, very knowledgeable and fair. I would recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you guys.

During our house renovation, our furnace had a problem. We called Spring Home company and spoke to George.
He explained us the products, installation, warranty and OPA rebate in details and answered all of our questions. We decided to use Spring Home as our contractor to install our new furnace because of George’s knowledge and professional service. At the next day, two technicians went to our house on time and they were great with their installation, everything went smooth, professional and quick.
